She did beyond amazing this concert. She was not totally feeling well but still she slayed! Also, given her history of having throat surgery, it is just smart not to do so much unnecessary belting. Mori on the other hand has a chest dominant belt, which is harder to execute. Sa ratio kasi ng mix niya, mas matimbang ang Chest voice component, and as you know or not know po chest voice has weight on it. The more chest is in the ratio of the mix, the more weight it has, making it harder to pull off.

Katrina has the ease, I won't deny. I have nothing against Katrina but they use different techniques. Katrina's mix is a balanced mix which makes it easier to glide from one note to another, that explains why she can belt the A5 almost all the time. Mori on the other hand has a chest dominant belt, which is harder to execute. Sa ratio kasi ng mix niya, mas matimbang ang Chest voice component, and as you know or not know po chest voice has weight on it. The more chest is in the ratio of the mix, the more weight it has, making it harder to pull off.
