Very good video. Slowly showing the product, prices and touching the .15mm roofing to show the quality of the material. This will save me time and money by not having to travel to many different stores and personally evaluating the sheet metal roofing products. We were unhappy with the .12 guage available in hardware stores and went to the shop in Amaya (between Tanza and Naic south of Manila.) They also offer .4mm and .6mm priced for the additional weight of the metal. It was galvanized on one side aluminized on the other side and comes painted. You order whatever lengths you want for each roof panel.We got TEK screws at Screw Mart in Tehero near Robinsons Place Mall and screwed it down, We just wanted something we could walk on to install the roofing, but also available is steel decking used as formwork for poured concrete floors and bridges. .60mm thick and ribbed contour. An option if you can't find a local corrugator shop near your site. The Amaya shop has a reasonable delivery price. The current house build we did a 1/4" per foot slope poured concrete roof too flat for steel roofing so we are now calling it a deck and using 40 X 40cm ceramic tile. george and aurora building near Maragondon Cavite

No po, steel trusses are installed by skilled welders because it is based on the style of your roof and size beside trusses can be more expensive than the roof sheets.

Metal is good only if you do not live near the beach, clay tiles like I used on my roof insulates the house keeping it cool but its costly but can be use for a house near the beach, other types like shingles, coated metal roofing, kawara fiber roofing are also good for insulation and living near the sea.

Andrew Skelton. You are obviously confused and either failed to watch the video or have little understanding what is being priced. This is sheet roofing not long span roofing, as such they are sold as pre-sized sheets cash and carry. No store cuts pre-sized sheets, what you are thinking about is this: ua-cam.com/video/1Bk2yyRxcPs/v-deo.html Long span roofing which is sold per liner meter and gutters and capping are bent to your specifications and chosen design, a totally different product. With pre-sized sheets, one buys flat metal sheet to cut accordingly for capping, gutters are rarely used. With long span your roof is quoted as per the roofing plan and cut accordingly and due to the lengths delivered. I will be building a replacement house for a couple which will be roofed in pre-sized sheets. I will also be building another rental property which will be long span, I suggest you follow both builds and you will soon discover the difference.
Tile roof po kasi hindi maingay sa ulan at hindi mainit ang bahay medyo mahal lang but its worth investing kasi 99% hindi kana magpapalit at factor sa pagtaas ng price ng isang bahay ang roof

I'm looking for a design for a roof hatch which will allow me to retouch the vulca seal. The sheets are so thin repairs cannot be made without crumpling the sheets if you step on them. A hatch at calculated spaces will allow repairs.
Its like a paper whats life span on corrugated sheet do u have price .07 they never make that thickness anymore all cheap recycling materials and charge like hell

DTI should look into sub standard products. Many roofing matls in the market are even thinner than sardines tin cans.

There are manufacturers that do make thicker roofing sheets, these are just the regular stocks that most hardwares carry.
