The Chihuahua is Pancho or Panchino and he passed away the beginning of this year. He had a heart murmur and he died from that. It is so sad because he was a super cool dog and very smart as well. RIP sweet Pancho

I think this Chihuahua is just really well trained. There is obviously a person in front of them giving the dog commands. You can tell by the dog's eye movements. And again, I'm not saying the Chihuahua is not talented, because he is, and quite adorable. We do some of the same tricks with our Chihuahua. He loves getting treats to perform his tricks. But even more than adorable or talented, this Chihuahua is smart because he runs for his life before the human falls on him. ~❣️

This was evil training with a LOT of negative reinforcements and abuse! Poor Poncho was in so much fear throughout the video, and automatically jumped back scared of being hit at the end!! And he probably was. Obviously, he had been severely punished many times. Dogs do NOT automatically react like that for no reason!!! The end made me furious! How can all of u be so blind? My heart still deeply aches for Nic over the most unexpected death of his beloved friend, Pancho, while he was away on his honeymoon...Such cruel fate...
I had always had Chi's they are very good dogs for older folks and for apartment living. Everyone of my Chi's had heart issues and passed from that, but they lived long lives, and gave me many years of love and companionship. Sorry for your loss , RIP Pancho..

If you look at Pancho's eyes you'll see that his gaze is on someone off screen, Pancho is reacting to them and they can be seen visibly gesturing (most likely with a treat) in the reflection of his eyes. Also, in the last clip where Nick falls there is clearly a woman audibly laughing off camera. These videos were likely all filmed with Nick's girlfriend/wife offscreen, either behind or to the side of the camera, directing Pancho. The dog is not just mimicking his owner and naturally playing along (which is how the videos are presented), he is performing tricks that he has been taught (which would be fine if it were presented as such, instead of being used to promote Nick's videos/channel). This is not something that the dodo should be promoting since it is essentially encouraging the exploitation of animals for gain on the internet (something that is becoming increasingly more and more prevalent, and is incredibly profitable for humans and detrimental in every way to animals).
There isn’t anyone behind the camera. This guy makes UA-cam videos with his dog and it’s always just him and his dog. He just trained his dog how to do yoga poses.
I think that throughout the exercise, Pancho is actually following a tasty treat with his head, that someone is moving in front of him! Smart Pancho: he knows if he's a good boy, the treat will follow.
Poncho needs to give his human more treats if he wants him to get the tricks right! Jeeze, even a dog knows better than to stand on one leg! (LOL) very cute video)!!
