Too be honest, this arc has a very unorthodox appeal. I'm well aware of how as an anime-only arc that the directors wanted to have more involvement from well, the Railgang, and I agree that it does so very well. Also, I think it's sorta a breather from the Sister's Arc, and so that's why I'm okay with it. My only issue is that they needed to stall the series for the Daihasei Festival and Dream Ranker Arcs. Overall, it wasn't the best arc (aside from developing characters for later on, namely Mental Out and Mitsuo Kongou).
Silent Party is one of my favorite arcs after Poltergeisting. Misaka fighting a bunch of robots with Febri on her back and Saten piloting a mech are both peak

Febri tells Misaka that she's her daughter and that she marries Touma and haves twins named Febri and Janie and the reason why Febri is blonde with purple eyes are the effects that happen during the time traveling the end. :3
