Food processor mein Jyada pani Nahin dalta utna hi dalta hai Jitna haath se gudhmein. Just that we Indians work on andaza 😊. A tip just stop the machine for 10-12 minutes ideally 20-25 mins half way when water and Aata is mixed. This way it Aata will absorb the water thoroughly and gluten also rests. Then start the machine again add salt at this stage (optional). It will bind and kneed it properly . the sides of the container would also be cleaned hardly any residue would be left.
