Singer 1490 -Rs. 8999 and Singer 2250 - Rs. 11500.Spool holder is an extra feature in Singer 2250.There is not much difference between. I am having Singer 2250.The quality is very good.

I am using singer 2250 it costed me around the 8300 rupees this model is of very good quality but if you want a cheaper tailoring machine then you may buy singer 1409 its rate 6799 this machine has similar features but I am not sure about its quality because I have you only one sewing machine which is 2250 model you can visit some of the online websites like Amazon or Flipkart and you can see the stars the customers have provided based on the reviews you can buy whichever model you like
