Neat collection bro! I am currently collecting the chainsaw-man and dan dadan manga, and just started out bleach one day i will also complete death note and monster series. highly recommend!!
Ive known about One Piece for a very long time. A few years ago, for whatever reason, I made the decision that I really wanted to start reading it. After that, it was probably another year or two before I actually picked up the first volume (December of 2022). Itll be 2 years next month since I started and Im on volume 94. All this to say: take your time with it. One Piece is a massive series and going through it is a journey you can enjoy every step of the way. I go through periods where I binge it if Im really into the current arc, and then sometimes I put it down for a few weeks/ months and dont touch it at all. Funny enough, I think the theme of the story goes perfectly with how to best enjoy reading it. Its not about getting to the end necessarily. Anyway, now that Im certifiably a One Piece fan boy, I always have to throw in my 2 cents when someone is talking about reading it or getting caught up 😅
@needszeebs6942 I love that outlook on it!! I have gotten burnt out on it a few times and put it down for a month or so but I always want to come back to it. I'm currently halfway through volume 69 (punk hazard) and really enjoying it!
Really nice collection! You've got some good taste. Huge W for having One Piece lmao, it's my personal favorite manga! Also, highly recommend grabbing the Jaco The Galactic Patrolman one-shot from Akira Toriyama, it was pretty decent imo! It also has the Dragon Ball Minus bonus chapter at the end. Oh, and Libib is a good app to log and keep track of your manga collection. Very easy to use, all you need to do is scan the barcode to log a volume.
@Slyrocker. Thanks so much!🙏 I actually forgot that the Jaco manga existed, hahaha. I remember wanting it a few years ago, though. That app sounds like something I might try out!
Just noticed that the DBZ volume numbers start from one again but in the picture theres a number that continues from dragon ball like vol 1 of DBZ has 17 on Goku's jacket.
Btw in japanese volume of 1 "DBZ", is actually volume 17 of DB, there is no Z manga. Viz changed it because of how popular the "DBZ" anime was I guess. Btw I heard that the viz translation isn't that great, in fact I have seen a few mistakes myseñf.
Yes that is true about the volumes. It's just 42 straight volumes of dragonball in Japan. As for the viz translation it was fine for me but there definitely could be mistakes.
GREAT COLLECTION! I appreciate Dragon Ball way more now. When I was little I liked Z more for the action, but I think the OG is the better manga, by far. I have all 12 volumes of Death Note, all 25 volumes of Soul Eater, and all 56 of Inuyasha. I have 90 volumes of One Piece. Dressrosa and Whole Cake Island are my favorite arcs. No spoilers, but those names can pique your interest. DUDE, I feel the same way about Alabasta. I liked Tiny Garden, but overall did not like the arc as much as the others. Still a great arc. BON CLAY for life, yo! Skypeia matters WAY more now in the grand scheme of the story. I appreciate it more now. I binged One Piece and got burnt out for sure, I bought 60 volumes all at once. LOL The covers are legit how I chill when I feel stressed. I just browse the covers. 77 is one of my favs. Dude, great video. I swear we have the same interests all around. One Piece being half the vid is a mood.
@kingkrelly1315 Dude, I want to get Death Note so bad! I'm very eager to get more into one piece, but I'm trying to control my obsessive nature a bit right now to avoid more burnout 😅😅 The name Whole Cake Island is very intriguing 😂 That's very interesting that Skypiea has even more significance later on too! Looking at the covers is so fun! It's great to have stuff like this in common. I always appreciate your comments my friend, and thanks for watching!!
I live at home with family so I'm able to save money from my job. I definitely don't put all of my money into this. I try to find things for a good price when I do buy
I bought them all used off someone like 6-7 years ago, so I can't even tell you. I dont even know the brand, haha. They work perfectly for manga and games, though.
Fairy Tail is good entertainment, nothing too deep, a lot of odd characters and comedy combined with some decent fights. It does get repetitive in it's story and some arcs are better than other arcs, just the usual in shonen.
I have the same bookshelf’s. They’re from target for anyone who’s wondering (Can i get pinned so others can see this📌📍?)
Very cool to know that. Too bad target is no longer in Canada lol
Rip I live in USA
Ty for the pin tho I’ve never been pinned before
Amazing collection man❤
Thanks so much!
Aot is definetly a must read

@mihailaoctavian5488 awesome picks! Sounds super solid. Haven't read any of them myself, but I hear good things!

@TheHammemo yeah I've noticed that! Completely slipped my mind in the video but its such a cool touch.
Awesome collection!
I loved the one piece 😊
Great Collection!

I really enjoy the One Piece anime it held my attention better than most anime despite ppl complaining about pacing
What do you like the most to collect of? Video games or manga?
Video games I think still, though manga is definitely up there too.
Genuine question, how do you afford a manga collection? Do you save money, do you have a job, or do you just use like Christmas and birthday money?
I live at home with family so I'm able to save money from my job. I definitely don't put all of my money into this. I try to find things for a good price when I do buy
@ perfect, thanks for the answer!
Where did you get your bookshelves from
I bought them all used off someone like 6-7 years ago, so I can't even tell you. I dont even know the brand, haha. They work perfectly for manga and games, though.
@@NintendoMania98 oh ok thanks and by the way cool collection
I have the same bookshelf’s. They’re from target.
How can you afford all of that
@gamefreak77890 Besides one piece, it's all been bought over the last 5 years. Also, box sets are usually a really good deal.
Fairy Tail is good entertainment, nothing too deep, a lot of odd characters and comedy combined with some decent fights. It does get repetitive in it's story and some arcs are better than other arcs, just the usual in shonen.
