Hi Gemma, I love your channel and watch pretty much everything you do. I did leave a comment on a previous video. It’s about Beauty of Joseon. I would love it if you could be clear that this brand is not fully vegan. Some product are suitable but it’s NOT a vegan brand which I think is implied when you’ve mentioned it a few times. People can look up the brand FAQS on their website to see what products are suitable. Thanks for all your fabulous content 😊
I really really wanted to love the Beauty Of Joseon products. I went from using The Ordinary to BOJ thinking I would love it but unfortunately I didn't. The cleansing balm felt amazing going on, easy to remove but left my skin feeling dry. The moisturiser left me feeling like I could fry an egg on my face. I was so upset. However I did love the eye cream & one of the serums. I'm in Australia & we're experiencing a very dry & hot summer here.... So I wondered if that's why I didn't like the cleanser & the moisturiser. I might try again when it's our winter next year.
Did you emulsify the cleansing balm before you removed it?

Seriously.. first time school mum this September, school run twice a day stood out in cold wet miserable playground for 15 minutes. I couldn’t understand why my barrier broke and had dry angry skin and patches ..l had no idea in and outside did this 😮 thank you

Oh hydrating mist! I have the same issues and I apply moisturizer over my makeup and agree with the problem it causes

another recommendation for your 2024 list is the A'PIEU 2x Madecassoside creme. I already mentioned it a few times but it is really that good ❤

hi love, I hope you had a beautiful christmas ❤ As you asked I will give you my oppinion on the inkey list lip balm. I am sorry but I am very underwhelmed by it to be honest. The lip product that made my best list is the Treatment Lip Serum by Ma:nyo. I can only highly recommend it as it leaves my lips really conditioned even after it wore off and this is a first for me. Normally my lups only feel good if I constantly reapply it. This serum makes my lips feel fantastic all day even without reapplication under my lipstick. love it❤❤❤❤❤❤

Hello Jemma! I have a question for you. Please answer! I have very dry skin and would love to hydrate my face in the morning before work! But I am a nurse so my morning is very full of movement and sweat! If I put a moisturizer on my face I sweat like nobody but just on my face where I have hydrated before! I hate that! Because of that I don’t also use Sunscreen in the morning, and I would love to! Why is that so and what should I do?

"LOL! Laughing because you reminded me of me end of Oct., when I was hospitalized for 4 1/2 days with pneumonia! I never looked in the mirror until a few days after I came home. My hair looked exactly like yours, only mine's gray! So did my eyelids, only wrinkle- y.... I wish my skin had looked as beautiful as yours did even without your foundation on. Glad you're better! I love Dermatica! Going to add the Vitamin C to my prescription. How many times a week should I apply it?
I started with 3 times a week then worked up to every day x
Has anyone tried the gel moisturizers as an alternative to expensive microcurrent gel? I’m currently trying the Ordinary gel moisturizer out but curious to try the BOJ one.

Again...so jealous you get Dermatica in the UK. Just started Peter Thomas Roth Vit C moisturizer. Fingers crossed I can tolerate this one!
BTW...I tried the Inkey list lip balm and its OK. Gemna,Have you ever tried the Clinque moisture surge lip balm ?

I'm struggling with the tripeptide plumping lip balm, as I'm convinced it makes me bite my lips. Nothing to do with flavour BTW. Weird.
Ziip Halo , just a warning from an Australian purchaser , I ordered one , current Body advertised as Current Body Australia, sent me out a current Body LED mask instead of my purchased Ziip Halo and they are not going to honour my purchase unless I repurchase the Ziip Halo and they want me to pay the postage and insurance for sending back the LED mask and because the box was opened ( thinking that the product was the Ziip Halo ) , they will not provide a refund. Be very aware of this UK Based Company.

I agree with you on the ones I’ve tried in what you listed. They are definitely the best for me., too
The heavy moisturizer I found this year is from Illiyoon. It’s the Ceramide ATO Concentrate Cream. (There’s a less rich version that doesn’t say “concentrate.”) It’s changed my skin and my routine. With it, I don’t have to layer multiple moisturizers to get what I need, and I need to use an occlusive on top just once or twice a week when I used to need one nightly. It’s unscented, reasonably priced, and frequently is available for a discount through the Korean skincare sellers. My reactive skin is doing much better now, and the skin barrier problems (burning, redness, dehydration) are much improved. It’s a new “must have” for me.

I hate that lip balm. It's jusf so drying for me it's weird. I like laneige and aquaphor. I'm so pissed off i bought the jnkey list one. I tried so many times.... never again.
