Since 2015 BronyCon has been an almost second home, a place where I can cut loose and goof off because I know everyone there is there for the same reason.

Thank you for being there with us. A simple show made for little girls changed all our lives forever. Because of that, I don't think the Brony community can ever truly end. People overcame struggles, began careers and started families because this show and convention brought us together. This has been a once in a lifetime experience and I'm proud to have shared it with everyone.
I was never fortunate enough to go to a bronycon, cause I was always too young, and no one else in my family is into MLP.
Bronies never fade, they just. Get. Better.

I hope that G5 is a reboot of G4 and my theory to connect the two generations is that is an alternate timeline caused by Starlight's time travel plan

I've been watching bronies react for years, since I was about 11, I'm gonna be 19 next month. Even though I left the fandom about 4 years ago, I STILL watch bronies react because they're always so fun and hilarious to watch and really brighten up my day. So thanks Race, for putting this all together and making all your subs and viewers smile and laugh.
A good part of me hopes when Gen 5 comes out you'll continue these, but who knows what'll happen? I'm just happy bronies react happened at all :)

Being a brony has been my defining characteristic since 2015 and it's absolutely insane how much this show and this fandom has shaped me as a person. Now, knowing that, it is even more saddening to not be able to attend BronyCon this time even when it's my last chance to do so (for a Russian, it is hilariously expensive to fly to less popular cities like Baltimore and the visa generally takes forever to make).
The good thing, however, is that they apparently have a spirit badge system where for 35 or so bucks you buy a badge and a few goods and they ship them to your country. To be honest, the notion that I might get a real badge with the spirit of the best convention ever is enough to make me excited at this point but I am also eager to see what you guys get up to this time around at the con.
Can't wait for it to happen :]

I remember watching your BronyCon vlogs back in 2013. Watched almost all of them, some videos have seen multiple times. It's truly been a wild ride.

Its worst for me, just because how close it is. I live 30 minutes away (driving) from the convention center, but I'm only 17, so I can't go myself. If Gen 4 ran for 2 more years, then i would probably be able to go. Better have it seem like a impossible pursuit than to have it barely unreachable
Once the music started, I started crying. It's was a beautiful and amazing time. I salute Bronycon and the fandom. We may lose Bronycon but we'll never lose the fandom. Thank you for the video, Race. It's a wonderful tribute :)

i've been in this fandom since 2012. i missed BC 2012 but every year since 2013 i've had a second home to me.
Bronycon has become a piece of me and my life that it's gonna feel strange to have it gone, but it will NOT be forgotten.

You're one of the first people in the community I subscribed to way back when it started, I can't believe how much time has passed and quick it went. It's been such a great ride over the years, with a lot of amazing people who just want to be outright nice to everyone around.
I'd love to make it out there just to meet everyone. It's wild it's coming to an end now.

I have not cried to something pony related since My Little Dashie. I have never been to a convention once in my life and I hope BronyCon 2019 will be my first.
7.5 years as a brony, three Bronycon's behind my belt and my final fourth one oncoming in just a few weeks. It's been a big and long ride in the MLP train. Definitely making my last Bronycon a big one.

Ever since I heard about Bronycon as a 11 year old, I’ve always, always dreamt of going one day when I was old enough. So I waited. I watched from the sidelines and cheered on people just like me. People that I would probably never meet, but we’re so kindred in soul with mine. I’ll never be able to go, but this last time, even though I will be watching again, I will want to make it count.

I remember Bronycon 2013, I was 12. Seeing you and the others on the escalator on the way to Hooves line was at that moment one of the best of my life. 6 cons later, and seeing you guys is just like seeing anyone else. Bless you guys. The friendships you've made are really something, and it's been amazing getting to see you all grow over the years. MLP has meant a lot to a lot of people, and you all have just made the experience that much better. It's crazy to think it's all coming to a close, but we'll always have memories, and we'll always have the friendships.

There wasn't a dry eye in the house Sunday night. We did everyone proud and the final con did some real good. I want to thank you, AC. I want to thank Dusty, Gryph, Paleo, Jax, James (I miss you every day), Saber (I know I pick on you but it's all in good fun, I promise), Josh, Jesse, everyone who has been a part of this channel who has made either Bronycon or the Brony journey worth while. Oh this hit right in the feels! I remember in 2012 on my summer break i semi-binge watched your con vlogs and low budgets for like 3-4 weeks and it was glorious! Now i feel nostalgic seeing you guys so young in these clips and pics :D fun fact you were the first brony i subbed to. I remember watching your videos for as long as I can remember. The first video I seen of yours was a bronies react. I’m not sure which one it was since it was so long ago, but that doesn’t matter. What matters is that your videos always made me laugh. If it wasn’t for you and your videos and everyone els in your videos... I don’t know where I’d be right now. So it’s been fun. Ever since I’ve joined the MLP fandom when I was around 12, I reallyyy wanted to go to Bronycon when I first heard about it. In school, I was the only one who loves a girly show like MLP. This convention will be a chance where I can meet people and share what we love without getting laughed at or get left out. I get to miss one day of summer school and get the chance to go to Bronycon , waking up at 5am in the morning is definitely worth it. My first ever Bronycon in 2014 was a dream come true. I saw the most incredible creations made by artists at the vendors, the wonderful cosplayers and also I met a lot of incredible people, I met my idols: Nowacking and Mic The Microphone. When I was at a Brony musician panel, I asked Mic a question: “What’s the meaning of your song, One Trick Pony?” (That song is still a bop btw) . I don’t exactly remembered what he said, but he said about being yourself and do what you love. I took that to heart. Following that, I was never embarrassed of calling myself a Brony/Pegasister, or drawing fanart of the characters I love, or watch the reaction videos of MLP episodes I laugh at because that’s a part of me and I loved it so much. In the new shcool year I actually made new friends who liked the Doctor Whooves key chain I’ve got at Bronycon. Going to Bronycon the first time was the best day of my life, even though I’ve only been there two times (the second time I only saw a glimpse of you while there was a crowd around you lol) or can only stay there for only 4 hours, Bronycon is place I call my second home. I am 17 now and I will looking forward to coming to that place this summer and hopefully I’ll go to one of your panels, who knows. As MLP will be ending soon and this Bronycon will be the last, I will never forget all the happy memories I’ve kept for all these years💖💖. (Maybe I’ll try to cosplay there... 😁🤔)

Watching this I feel so sad because I am only in high school and since my parents don't understand how it is ok to be a Brony I was never allowed to go to a Bronycon and at this rate I never will get to go to one. But ACRacbest your vlogs gave me a chance to be there with you and the rest of the Fandom and for that I am truly grateful.

This year it's by far, the most hard and painful for me as a brony...
All the years, all the memories. I can't wait to go again for my 6th trip to Bronycon and make a lot more memories that'll last a lifetime! And damn it Race why do you have to hit me in the feels man?!
I still remember when it was first announced that this year will be the final year at closing ceremonies. While some people screamed 'no', I went silent for a moment and I started to cry. I was 10 years old when the show came out. So my mom wasn't too weirded out when I was first into the show. But then 2013 came and I went to Bronycon for the first time (with me being 13, and it was my first convention) and ever since then, I've been coming to Bronycon. With my mom being really unsupportive over my love for the show and this convention. Ever since middle school, I had been diagnosed with depression, and Bronycon has left such an impact on me that when I go, it sort of feels like a place where my depression won't stop me. That I would have fun no matter what happens. This fandom, this convention, has brought so much joy to my life. I met so many amazing people through this fandom. I'll never forget when I met Blackgryph0n and I told him how much his music and videos mean to me (and of course with Michelle there too) and how after I finished he hugged me.
This fandom, this convention, has helped me through so many of the dark times of my life. Last year, the Thursday before Bronycon, my great aunt had fallen down the stairs. My mom went to visit her before she came back home so we could go to Bronycon on Friday. For a while, we thought that she would recover. But on the Saturday of Bronycon, my mom told me that the doctors said she wasn't going to recover. I ended up having an emotional breakdown, hiding at that big wheelchair ramp. But even after I had calmed down, people that I met throughout the years of Bronycon and people that I were meeting for the first time that year noticed how upset I was. They comforted me, a good friend I made in the vendor hall over the years consoled me for a while and even prayed for my aunt with me, and gave me a button and told me a story. (and this is just one example of how amazing this fandom has been to me at this convention) The people at this convention are some of the best people I could ever hope to meet. I'm not ready to lose this convention, but I'll still be down for the final year. Ready to have fun with the fandom that has meant so much to be for so long.
I'll never forget Bronycon. I'll never forget this fandom. And this year I'm going to try to motivate myself to make as much fanart as possible for the amazing Bronies that helped change my life forever.

The fabulous part about being grown adults that enjoy a show about adorable ponies is that the very nature of being composed by adults has allowed the fandom to become what it is. The independence that comes with adulthood and the resources that come with a job are the reasons for which this fandom has been able to create so much great stuff and to organize something as important as the Bronycon.
I myself have been here for 5 years now, met some cool people and changed my once gloomy personality thanks to the joy and silliness this show brought to my life. Even if I never got to attend any convention (¡Damn you, younger me, for not picking the correct career at your first try!) it still has been a very special trip for me and surely for all of us.
this end was 9 years in the making. As you said Race lets make this one count.

I'm a relatively new brony (only been here like 2 1/2 years off and on) but let me just say thank you to you to every one in this amazing fandom ever since my first mlp video (blank slate) I've been here watching I've cried I've laughed and just all around enjoyed every moment of it from the highs the lows and every thing in between its even given me my own amazing group of friends that I can share these moments with so thank you all of you for all of this amazing adventure and always remember "Friendship is magic".

Man I went to bronycon back in 2015... I grew out of being that raging fan who was too young and didn't have money to do fantastic cosplay but still did my best. I even met you at one of the panels. It's weird seeing that the community hasn't really changed much even though the show is coming to an end. Thanks for bringing back all those memories!

As the current falls on this generation and Era of my life. I think back on the times that really changed me. If it weren't for this show, My Little Pony: Friendship is magic, I wouldn't have ever become closer to my brother, I wouldn't have become closer to my friends and I wouldn't have met the truest friends I'll have for my entire life. It's because of this show, this single show and fandom that truly changed my life and most possibly saved my life. It's been an amazing journey and adventure. But alas, good things must come to an end. The end of the dark age in my life. Now the renaissance can flourish. I've met so many wonderful people, I've watched amazing videos, read many fanfics and stories. I've created new art and stories. But as this final page falls, and the credit rolls. I say a single Thank You to this era. You'll never be forgotten, Now it is time for the new book to begin, After Bronycon ends, I'll begin a new book. The Flourishing of new Beginnings.
I will be attending this year's con, it's alittle bitter sweet, the one BronyCon I get to go to will be the last one, but I know that the fandom will live on, there are way to many awesome people in this fandom that will keep it going for years to come.
Truly this fandom, this community, is magic.

As I have decided to make this my first and unfortunately my only experience at this convention, this video you made definitely has me looking forward to it. Never been to a Brony con of any kind. Hell almost never been to any con period so I’m not sure what to expect. Have never interacted with anyone in the fandom irl and it’s tough for me to interact and meet with new people, but this certainly looks like it’s gonna be an enjoyable week out for my first and only experience of it. Hopefully I’ll get chances to experience more of these at other cons and maybe g5 and beyond if it goes well.
Just hoping when I arrive I can put my fears aside and enjoy myself and meet lots of wonderful people while I’m there.

It's a shame I only got to go once in 2017, but at least I got to go and meet all of you guys. Unfortunately I just dont have the money to go this year, but even after just one trip I have an undying love for Bronycon and the city of Baltimore. I hope this fandom continues to thrive for years.

I lieteraly got so emotional! I have been apart of this fandom since mid-summer 2018 it's ashame how I just got into all of this and it's all ending! Hope I get a chance to see you because it looks like I have time for one whole day there instead of the four I was planning on. This fandom I hope never really dies and if it does, then call me the "Last Brony In The World!" There's always a light at the end of the tunnel. Keep shining! :D :,)

Even as fim and bronycon end I think we will continue on as fans. For all the worry of the fandom dying out, I see so many dedicated people voicing their commitment. I think if there's anything I want someone reading this message to get out of it, this isn't over. People like you who dread the end are the reason we will continue on, and this will go down in history as only a change in chapter for mlp. So let's all enjoy the end of fim, and continue loving it, while looking ahead to the next series. I promise this isn't the end.

I cant stop crying. I've only been twice, but BronyCon will forever be my favorite convention. I first attended BronyCon in 2014 as my MakeAWish when I was 12. And then attended again in 2015. BronyCon was what sparked my love of cosplay. Something I've continued to do since then. I'm now seventeen and desperately wish to go back one last time but I don't think it will happen. I hope that one day I will find a con that makes me feel as welcome and happy as BronyCon did. I forever will cherish the community that MLP:FiM has given us. Without it I don't know who I would be.

I stopped being interested in the show personally around 2015 but damn I can see why these cons mean so much to you guys cause of all the experiences and memories you guys must of had together at these cons but I suppose everything has an ending eventually sadly.
