We indeed can't master everything , still after some years you can build a solid foundation in some particular IT field. As Hitesh Choudhary said : A fresher Ui developer gets around 3-4 lpa while as the person who has deep knowledge of Javascript gets around 10-15 Lpa's . Knowledge matters .

Main ek IT company me 1 saal se kaam kar raha hu, this is my first job and literally main jo kaam karta hu wo 12th ke student ko sikhaya ja sakta hai. There is no learning, no growth, but it is like a comfort zone and people seem to be content with it.

hello sir, I have a question, I am currently a BCA sy student in pune profficient in c., c++, js and currently learning MERN stack. I have 1 year left for my graduation and after bca I am plannning to persue MCA but I am confused, should I invest my remaining 1year time for preparing for entrance exmas to get a good college (which i don't like ) or should continue to learn the things which will be usefull for my career and go with an average college? I mean does a so called tier 3 college makes much difference apart from on campus placements? ur opinions?
i would suggest to prepare for entrance exams and crack a good college offering MCA degree! That will automatically open a lot of gates for you to land a high paying job in the next three years
Prepare for MCA entrance because with BCA degree it is very tough to land a job and as you are from tier-3 college, better prepare for MCA exams that will land you placements.

In tech industry experience matters more than degree go get a job
