My experience late in league though was absolutely do not tft sell your compasses. They list on trade, so they're very discoverable. I sold them easily there and for the cheaper ones (
I would appreciate a dedicated video for Filterblade, at what stages of the game should you change your filter and maybe even some examples for builds/league starters that you can specifically adapt your filter to
If at some point u still pick up stuff that you dont need urself anymore and you cant sell the items u grab, get the next strictness. Its way simpler then u might think
I would say just start at some mid level strictness and start manually hiding things that you don't pick up. It's as simple as that. If you personally are seeing an item on the screen and not picking it up, it's not worth showing, right? So then just hide that. No need to change strictnesses. You will end up with the perfect strictness for you.
Using the sextant for Shaping maps, makes bosses have 3x the HP and double the damage. Chimaera Guardian will vanish into smoke clouds and if not 1-shot, 2-shot your LA/TS build. Keep that in mind. Maybe scouring makes it so this doesn't happen, but it's going to be very rippy and stressful for you if your build is not up for it.
One thing on blight. T13 is fine as well (not t14+). Both golden oils and blight-ravaged can drop from t13. Obviously, T14 would be better if you augment with alter farming or invitation farming. If not though, T13 would work.
To do guardians with sextant you need a very strong build. It gives them triple damage and double health. Chimera will defense check you from smoke attacks and if you can't tank it you pretty much guaranteed fail him. Not to mention the amount of damage you need to do them.
I can highly recommend Delirium + Harvest + Exarch Altars with Wandering Path and Growing Hordes. Later in the league it ramps up to near 1 div/map on average with little to no investment.

Ultimate + Harvest will be my go to. Started playing in harvest and have always enjoyed how easy it is to do and sell. Pair that with Ultimatum being easy and having decent rewards (its not Kalandra) should let me get just enough currency to try the builds i want this league!
I feel like altar farming at the start might be much better this league, mainly because of GCPs. With the removal of the "level 1 20% quality gem" recipe (only for skill gems) GCPs will be needed a LOT more. Instead of 1 GCP everyone will need 20 now. And instead of 4 GCPs per 21/20 gem on average they will now cost 80 (1/4 chance to make it level 21). That, combined with the much better quality effects most skill gems have now, should make their price a lot higher than before. I might focus on Cemetery at the start, because it has a GCP div card.
@@beasthaven1571 From the patch notes: "The vendor recipe for turning a Level 20 Gem into a 20% Quality Level 1 version of that Gem no longer works with Skill Gems, as the benefit Quality provides to damage dealing Skills is now more powerful. Thanks for the guides! As someone who just started using poestack to bulk sell last league, there's an issue I've seen with pricing that leaves you losing out significantly. The per-unit price of any high-ish quantity + high value currency will increase in bulk price much more relative to other currency in the same class (see examples below) and therefore end up significantly underpriced even if you put in 120% price multipliers to the entire batch. Examples are top tier deafening ess, top tier deli orbs (div card, scarab), and basically all winged scarabs. I spent more time to sell these separately and would easily get 2-3 divines more on what would have bulk sold for 5-7 div. That's a significant difference, but the added time to sell may not be worth to some.
Thank you for this! As a working dad. I played POE when Ultimatum launched back in 2020 I think? And til now in TOTA, I can get past the 1st eater of worlds map and 1st crucible map. I hope you can make a content on how to progress through the game. For sure there are many players like me who really want to enjoy the game to its potential but dont have much time. Thank you so much!
You have a choice here. If you play in a permanent setting like standard you can progress in your own pace and don't have to compete with the development of the league economy, or you can join the temporary leagues with its economy reset and new mechanics. When it comes to map progression you can either rush to high tier maps and then try to fill out your atlas from there. This is a harder gameplay but faster when it comes to playing in Tier 14+, but if you don't plan your gameplay and know the atlas mechanics you might get stuck. The atlas tree generally used can be called "wandering path" since it heavily relies on that node. The streamer valor mage posted a video on this a couple of days ago. The other strategy is to aim on kirac missions and continually fill out your atlas, take points that elevate the maps that drop and use the kirac missions and his shop to get as many maps to complete with bonus as you can. This way you character grows with your progression but it's slower than rushing. I've tried both and for me I like the slower pace better. Hey! For the harvest strat, are you supposed to use crop rotation early on or is that not worth doing early? I see the tree doesn't have it but it seems like it could be strong even early. Is there something I'm missing there?
yo little question about essences: is it even worth without the 2c crafting option? do we take 7. gate now for the 2c essence option ?? like without the +2essence craft u only getting like 1 maybe 2, insdead of 3 maybe 4 on avarage i think thats a big deal ? so i would say you need like all essence nodes + the 7. gate stuff to even really start farming essences right ? so its like +13 points to start real essence farming ? its 49points i think not sure if that was optimal pathing (you could argue its not on the normal crafting options so essenecs are worth more, but with 7th gate that wont be true i guess?) just a little thought because thats prolly what i will do at leaguestart
I haven't played in like 3 or 4 years. I think the blight release was the last time I played. Wanting to get back into it, was wondering if a cyclone build was still viable?
Though I agree that Blight is a good strat, people need to know that you still need a dedicated build to get the real juice: You need to run maps like Waste Pool that have a high chance of single/double lanes for a high/guaranteed chance of oil rewards. Open maps grant a lot of towers but give mostly junk rewards. Single/double lane maps grant very few towers, so your build has to be fairly strong to handle this disadvantage...
I might be cooked but I'm going Abyss, Essence & Red Altars. Why Abyss? Because with the new Spectres and SRS guardian being meta the demand for Darkness Enthroned will be VERY high. Plus being able to farm high ilvl bases will be very nice (ilvl 86 short/grove bows).
Can someone advise builds which will be actual for newbies in new league, but the ones which doesn't have this damage delays. Like you've placed a mines -> you've pressed detonation -> mobs now can feel your effort OR you've placed a totems -> time for totem activation passed -> totems starting to do damage. Played previous league with poison concoction -> impending doom was very satisfied
so.. you think that heist will be not a good currency strat for the first time since its added? Also ulti and lab will be subpar? P.S. on blight you want to mention chest opener ascendancy
He mentioned in another comment that he focused on league mechanics that were directly into maps, that's why there's no heist, delve or sanctum in it Ultimatum and lab are either added back into the game or revamped this league so we don't have any info whether those mechanics will be giga rewarding or meh
I was thinking about running the new league mechanic. Do you think Lightning Arrow is bad for this, since you have to basicly facecheck into mobs with a squishy build?
awakened poe trade as been broken for me for like 2 years, ive tried to figure this shit out but it just doesnt show price checks anymore, the hotkeys still work for like trade and chat but price checks do nothing.
As a lab Runner previous leagues. Would it still be profitable? Or more random lab was the only mechanic i did my first two seasons... idk what id do without it.
Does anybody have some good recommendations for explode builds? I would prefer chain explosion builds (think Krieg's Bloodsplosion from Borderlands 2) because I absolutely watching the screen turn into a bunch of explosions. Also my primary focus will be harvest if that helps with recommendations.
Hey @tuna, hey everyone! Me and my friend will Play a private League togher. I'll go LA Into TS when +Arrow and Quality is rdy. I go for rog, map sustain and 1 other Mechanik (Prob. Ultimatum). I will Push Red Maps for sustain and Altars for gcp and so on. My friend will Play boneshatter. He will Go rog aswell, cos good way to craft and Mal sustain also. He will also Skill essences and will Farm White Tier Maps only for essences. I'll suplie him with Red Maps If he wants to continue and our Essence need is done. What do you think about that plan. Can we so some better or any advices?!
Essence is kind of dead now, you won't be able to craft essences on map device, that will make essences to skyrocket on prices. Also your LA build will get hit early on as bows will be hard to craft.
How you cant craft essence on map device? Dont forget seventh gate it will give you all crafting option including essence so yes essence are ez to farm in low tier maps and they are very profitable.
No love for delve? In my experience flipping primitive resonators is by far the easiest low investment activity, and you don't even need to mess with maps or atlas trees. Can easily make over a div an hour even if you're a filthy casual like me.
i agree with most things except harvest and blight falling off, but mainly blight. silver and gold oils hold value throughout the entire league and people are always buying them. and i dont think any other mechanic drops even half of the amount of div cards and stacked decks. so i dont think that people not buying a lot of maps anymore, means it falls off. and obviously yellow juice will always be profitable as long as people gamble, which is always. but again, i agree with most everything else, but those 2 things.

22:20 - alright i guess if tuna says its ok. planning to put hundreds of fake trades up this league. lets make the trade site as awful as possible for everyone!
Doesnt matter what tuna says, ggg allows it
boss rush in general should be a strat I feel like, even tho its not optimal for league start, gotta farm a bunch of t14+
Great video! Needs chapters badly though
EEE ..Great strategy for expedition - blow and go)
I will forever be an Expedition, Heist and Sanctum stan. I'm glad they are profitable because they are easily my favorite mechanics now.
Was forever lab runner. I wanted to try expedition. Heist and sanctum but ended up staying lab all league😅
@@beasthaven1571And now lab running will be pretty profitable with the new gems
Sounds like it's time to league start flicker strike with essence/beast farming into shaper boss rushing
Hey! For the harvest strat, are you supposed to use crop rotation early on or is that not worth doing early? I see the tree doesn't have it but it seems like it could be strong even early. Is there something I'm missing there?
crushing it tuna, keep it up
yo little question about essences: is it even worth without the 2c crafting option? do we take 7. gate now for the 2c essence option ?? like without the +2essence craft u only getting like 1 maybe 2, insdead of 3 maybe 4 on avarage i think thats a big deal ? so i would say you need like all essence nodes + the 7. gate stuff to even really start farming essences right ? so its like +13 points to start real essence farming ? its 49points i think not sure if that was optimal pathing (you could argue its not on the normal crafting options so essenecs are worth more, but with 7th gate that wont be true i guess?) just a little thought because thats prolly what i will do at leaguestart
7th gate essence will be really good money as long as you have a fast build that can handle them
I am a well rounded beast
exarch altars for gcps
they'll be worth a lot more when you can't flip
I haven't played in like 3 or 4 years. I think the blight release was the last time I played. Wanting to get back into it, was wondering if a cyclone build was still viable?
Why do you scour the guardian maps? If you said why and I missed it, sorry.
so whats a tanky essence farming build that can go kinda fast
TR pathfinder or hexblast trickster(sabo is kinda squishy )are pretty decent.
How do we even get essences to farm
Can someone advise builds which will be actual for newbies in new league, but the ones which doesn't have this damage delays. Like you've placed a mines -> you've pressed detonation -> mobs now can feel your effort OR you've placed a totems -> time for totem activation passed -> totems starting to do damage. Played previous league with poison concoction -> impending doom was very satisfied
srs guardian
a banger, just as always
hello , is every strategy better to do after the atlas completation or it doesnt matter
Will the wisps increase monster pack size for expedition, or is it too late after the big bomb spawns all the monsters?
I really enjoy RITUALS. Since you don't even mention them, I take it they are not really profitable?
so.. you think that heist will be not a good currency strat for the first time since its added? Also ulti and lab will be subpar?
P.S. on blight you want to mention chest opener ascendancy
He mentioned in another comment that he focused on league mechanics that were directly into maps, that's why there's no heist, delve or sanctum in it
Ultimatum and lab are either added back into the game or revamped this league so we don't have any info whether those mechanics will be giga rewarding or meh
Hey! Will we be seeing a LA build guide?
your face on those thumbnails is just so funny i cant
I somehow unlocked blue altars and still havent gottenaven to let me do red altars. Why is that?
I was thinking about running the new league mechanic. Do you think Lightning Arrow is bad for this, since you have to basicly facecheck into mobs with a squishy build?
We don’t know how dense or how tanky the affliction monsters will be, however based on what we saw in the video LA should be fine for affliction.
As long as you can survive a monster comming into the circle and attack you once, then you should be ok.
awakened poe trade as been broken for me for like 2 years, ive tried to figure this shit out but it just doesnt show price checks anymore, the hotkeys still work for like trade and chat but price checks do nothing.
Try checking you have it on the correct league when 3.23 starts.
monsters cannot be reduced below base and cannot be stunned can be problematic mods for blight though
YO THAT THUMBNAIL
"Lightning arrow is still fine" *Jerking off motion*
As a lab Runner previous leagues. Would it still be profitable? Or more random lab was the only mechanic i did my first two seasons... idk what id do without it.
i suspect alt gems will be profit.

Guys dont forget to like :)
Delve never fails me
I have a question, do i really need to alch maps for ultimatum? Because it says only catalyst rewards depends on that
Only for catalysts correct
I love bossrushing and really want to play it, can you recommend me a good league starter with that focus in mind? ty a lot
Fearless dumbos explosive trap trickster is made just for this. Fast tanky and incredible damage
@@Kleex1 thanks brother
what is poison proliferation?
Probs to you for putting out a lot of good league start content!
Does MF (player quant) affect harvest juice drops or only map quant?
I'm thinking of doing LS MF + red altar + harvest + legion
Iirc IIQ counts since the rework, but take that with a MASSIVE grain of salt.
no, not at all
It does not count, only map quantity and altars.
@@CrouchingTuna thanks for the clarification!
i agree with most things except harvest and blight falling off, but mainly blight. silver and gold oils hold value throughout the entire league and people are always buying them. and i dont think any other mechanic drops even half of the amount of div cards and stacked decks. so i dont think that people not buying a lot of maps anymore, means it falls off. and obviously yellow juice will always be profitable as long as people gamble, which is always. but again, i agree with most everything else, but those 2 things.
howcome noone does delve bruh the resonators fossils and boss drops are some of the EASIEST money ive ever made
ctrl+f ultimatum
modcheck, but nobody knows reward scaling so
