I think Paris has this doubt and frustration with herself of finding Mr Right. She’s been with men who proposed to her, and a lot of her fans had wished her luck, but then, in the end, it wouldn’t work. I think this man in her life truly respects her and not after her money or fame.

Healing from trauma can take a lifetime and she has a lot of trauma to heal from.It may seem easy on our end for her to ditch the voice but for her it probably seems like she has to move a mountain.
She uses it more when she’s feeling uncomfortable.
I just want Paris to feel supported and her mom loves to take the spotlight away, kinda narcissistic in a way, and it hurts my heart for Paris :( even though I know she holds her own, I still hate when family tries to take over something that is not theirs to own.
Yeah you could kinda see that already with her mom saying to her “This is my wedding too.” I mean the bride’s family traditionally pay for it but it’s still not the “moms” wedding. This is Paris’s wedding and her fiancé. Her mom better not try and take it away from her. She may have been engaged a lot but this is her first time actually getting married. She’s 40 years old now and this is a big day for her not her mom.

So her mom has totally checked out of reality and lives in some fantasy land that doesn't include her children. Kathy seems very narcissistic and Paris was the target of Kathy's rage toward her husband. Paris is sensitive and wanting to be more open and loving. It's obvious Paris just really wants her parents love and support and she feels like they will help her heal and they won't. She can't seek approval from people whom she knows she won't get it. She has to understand that the approval and love that she needs comes from within. Her parents won't ever give her what she truly desires, it's not because she's defective or anything, it's because her parents are. I think Paris would be alot better off mentally and emotionally of she were to distance herself from her mom altogether.

Honest question: Why does she have 3 different voices throughout this trailer?
One is her "Paris Hilton" voice (a character she portrays still in day to day media), the other one is her regular voice, and then she has the voice that's sort of in between whenever she's unsure of the image she wants to portray. She is a very intelligent woman, but even the smartest people sometimes get indecisive or confused.
