-WHAT IS INTUITIVE LIVING?-
To me, intuitive living means to live in a way in which I prioritize my own innate inner wisdom over everything else. That means, tuning into my intuition to guide me through any decisions I have to make - whether they are as small as what I am going to eat, or as big as how I am going to spend my time over the next few months.
I have been consciously implementing this practice into my life over the past little while and it has truly left me feeling more at ease with my existence and it’s natural flow. Through my daily Vlogmas vlogs, I would like to share how this valuable practice manifests itself in my life, so that maybe you can be inspired to practice it in yours as well.

I think one main cause (if you do have ptsd) of the family home triggering it is because I remember you saying, when you lied about having a bus ticket that one time, you kept getting told your uncle was coming over and “wait until you get home” (threats of unknown events to come). That house is where you’ve experienced the most traumatic moments, I think if you met your mom & sisters OUTSIDE the home, or they came to your home, you MAY not get that same intense feeling?

I still suffer PTSD from my Muslim relatives. I can’t even bare to listen to their voices on call.
I relate on so many levels. I love watching you work through all of this. It's so real. This is my personal account but I run 2 channels "keto chaos" and "Hyde and Seek " and so I'm daily vlogging a lot. Ironically I vlogged from bed just yesterday. It won't be up for a couple weeks but I feel so much better knowing I'm not the only one. BTW I have an adopted daughter from Cuttack Odisha, India so the family stuff is interesting.

Girl u technically are following sanatana dharma. U see it calms ur soul. Fills ur life with sprituality. Yoga and meditation will keep ur mind and soul on right and happy path. Just believe in the positive energy and do ur dharma. If their is god above , he will love u.Its not always necessary to believe in one god. I'm a Pisces, but I don't believe in astrology! And don't worry, I feel emotions very intensely and crying is just how I release stress.
Money is a source of stress right now for me having just graduated from university and now living on my own. It's hard to spend time on my videos because I could be using that time to make money by building my web development business instead. Not to say that I don't love making videos, but it's not so easy to "get in the flow state" as you said. Thank you for your comment though. 💕I do really appreciate your words.
