you'll have days where you feel miserable or down and don't feel like doing anything, It's normal. you just need to keep going. 0:30 Where did you go so early in the morning?
It was a very early dog walk since I couldn’t sleep🙈 We used to always go out at 5am but then, honestly, got a bit lazy and started sleeping in. It felt nice going back to the roots, in a way, although that that is definitely not going to happen frequently. Thank you for supporting the videos❤️
@@mariaaalexandrovna I guess early morning walks can be nice if you live in a city. Since I'm not and I don't have a dog, it'll be kind of weird doing that unless I go for a run/workout, If I lived in a city, I'd definitely give it a try.
This was actually one of the reasons why I got a dog. Even though I live in the city, I still struggled with going for walks all by myself. Especially during the warmer months, I constantly wanted to take morning walks but every time I got to the park people were either dog walking, running or doing Nordic walking and I felt like an odd one out. As a result, I ended up with a dog who only walks in fine weather (which is not that frequent in our climate), so I still had to work through that insecurity. These days half of the time I’m just walking with him in a carrier 😂
@@mariaaalexandrovna Do most Russians learn English at school? Or did you study it via other means? I read somewhere that English is not commonly spoken in Russia.
I learnt English just at school (most school introduce English into the curriculum at the 2nd grade) and at uni, and, honestly, now anyone who actually wants to learn English can get to the same level as me just with the free educational system. Things are changing now though, because less younger people want to learn English due to the current political situation + the development of AI. So some of them don’t see the need for learning foreign languages at all, whilst other just opt for Spanish or Chinese (more and more schools are offering these languages as FL instead of English). As for the older generation, many don’t speak English because they learnt German at school, which used to a be LOT more popular than English back in the day

You - Nah, I just needed to take morning walks.
Someone - What?

Are you Russian? Why is your English so good?
Hi! Yes, I am. As for my English, I guess it’s the combination of having great teachers and watching a lot of British UA-camrs and reality tv
