My opinion of her has changed with her and Drew breaking up and her and Jake getting together. I still do wish they had gotten us into her character a bit before they threw her in a relationship with Drew, but I do like how they handled her breakup with him, because it really showed how much she put into the relationship that she didn't get back (which yes, is realistic). I guess mushy wasn't the right word (I wrote that comment a long time ago), but I was just unimpressed with the bulimia story
(cont) I think she has gotten a lot of her strength back (or at least better development) with her breaking up with Drew and getting together with Jake (which was probably a tiny bit rushed too, but at least a little more hinted at than Drew and Katie). I guess I was just underwhelmed when her episode aired, because the description of her character gave me higher expectations that what I watched in the episode.
I think that storyline could have been a lot better had they used the soccer aspect more (something that was originally in her character description which they've barely mentioned). I'm sorry, just ranting here. Very good editing though.
I'm going to have to disagree with your description a bit. I don't think the center of her existence is a kind heart. I hate how the writers had us believing at the beginning of Season 11 she was going to be a strong girl, in control of her world (a bit of a bitch in that sense, like, with Clare) and then made her turn mushy when she started to like Drew. I think Drew ruined her character development a lot, and I don't like how they used him to introduce the bulimea/Marisol storyline.
I absolutely adore Katie :) Wonderful video!

I personally don't like her... but this kinda makes me have a new respect for her
I just don't understand the fascination of drianca. But I love Krew.
