  • 1. Hand Entry:
    Previous Issue:
Hand lifted up, and elbow dropped during the glide, creating forward resistance.
    Current Improvement:
Elbow is now sitting much higher.
Entry phase is significantly cleaner-great work!
    2. Timing:
    Previous Issue:
Stroke timing lacked fluidity with a "catch-up" motion.
    Current Improvement:
Holding constant pressure on the water throughout the stroke.
Great press forward with improved body roll during extension-timing looks much smoother!
    3. Frontal Resistance:
    Previous Issue:
Shoulders dropped early in the entry phase, creating a gap between the shoulder and head, increasing resistance.
    Current Improvement:
Entry is now tighter and closer to the side of your head.
Much better alignment, reducing resistance and improving efficiency.
    4. Power Production:
    Next Focus:
From catch phase to setup phase, ensure your hand and forearm reach a 90-degree bend under your shoulder to recruit larger muscle groups.
On your right side, the elbow drops slightly, causing the elbow to trail behind the hand, which releases pressure on the water.
    Correction:
Maintain a high elbow throughout the stroke:
Elbow stays higher than the hand.
Shoulder stays higher than the elbow.
Start this alignment from the catch phase to set up for a stronger pull.
    Conclusion:
Fantastic progress, Cooper! Your improvements in hand entry, timing, and reduced frontal resistance have created a solid foundation. Now let’s focus on refining the catch-to-setup phase for stronger power production. Excited to see how this evolves in your next sessions-keep it up!

Bracciata subacquea troppo tesa. Il braccio deve essere più piegato con un angolazione del gomito per maggiore spinta propulsiva e aggancio dell' acqua da parte della mano.
Così è una bracciata poco efficiente! ,,🏊🏻‍♀️
