Kino has mentioned SEKAI NO OWARI being a musical influence more than once, so I think the visuals associated that band's vocalist, Fukase, can't be far from his mind when PENTAGON are styled for and performing "Dr. BeBe", considering the similarity (whoever it was that actually chose the look); even more so when they've more recently been all in suits for the Japanese version. It's also similar to the older Japanese band Plastic Tree (and of course PENTAGON have collaborated with one of the definitive visual-kei bands, GLAY, who predate either), but Fukase is one precedent that I know that one member is familiar with.
Dude, this is so true. I was going to say something about it myself. As a former stage actor myself, the one thing so many of my castmates had issues with was acting through the eyes. It takes immense concentration (and sometimes intense method acting) to pull it off successfully. The fact that he makes it seem so natural is extremely impressive to me. All of Pentagon did well, but Kino is my favorite for this comeback.
