i’m glad he recognizes that culver is really good for fast food
he’s from the Midwest anyone else would say it’s trash
@@worldhubtv6496 no I'm from Virginia and I love it
@@cavester6143 well I’m from the west coast and say it’s trash
Nothing beats in n out
@@worldhubtv6496 I've had in n out on several occasions and I do like it, but in my eyes its a little over rated and culvers still remains supreme
@@worldhubtv6496 yeah thats cool and all but no one really asked
nothing tastes like mcdonalds because mcdonalds puts an excess of sugar and salt in almost everything. That's why kids love it so much, their bodies want more. It's also why msg, kewpie mayo and hoisin tastes absolutely fucking delicious
well msg is actually umami which is an entirely different flavor but yeah it's salty
@@steelpump100 msg is a salt right? So it must be salt like, so it's salty.
(Obviously this is a remark on its chemical properties, not its culinary)
@@GalacticYuna no it's not salt because salt is sodium chloride and msg is monosodium gloumate. Different in taste. Msg is described as meaty, which is different than salty. Edit: 🐄
@@steelpump100 a quick search says it's a white crystalline powder which combines sodium and glutamic acid. It's a sodium salt
@@GalacticYuna lol
Freddy’s is at LEAST tier two.
^^^ freddys slaps hard when its fresh
Hell it still slaps even when its cold
Freddys so bussin
@@skippi99r32 for real, I drive home with it for about 15 minutes and then eat it and its still amazing. Even those fries.
freddys is dog imo
I’ve had shake shack and In n Out and I gotta stay that in n out just hits different. Shake Shack is like a classic comforting burger, you’re never gonna go wrong eating there but man In N Out just brings a whole new experience when you eat it, depends on which burger you prefer, for me In N Out is the GOAT.
Agree. Havnt had any of the other tier 1s other than shake shack though. But definitely like in n out more than shake shack, though both are good
Yeah it’s a bit like Pepsi or Coke. I prefer In n Out over Shake Shack but both are good.
Culver’s and Shake Shack tier one all the waaay
There’s this one place called the habit it’s underrated just like shake shack
Oh yes
@@sendosnu9814 true
Five guys and smash burger are top
shake shack
I really like his chef spongebob pfp because whenever I see any of his videos, I always imagine spongebob saying what he’s saying 😂
Fortnite
Whataburger is my favorite fast food burger. They had a limited time burger call the Chophouse Cheddar Burger, and whatever sauce they used on that absolutely slapped. Been years since they've had it on the menu, but I still remember the taste.
My absolute go to is their Patty Melt. Nothing hits harder at 3 AM during a long gaming session.
couldn't have said it better
Wait I hate Whataburger! 😂
Their Dr Pepper shakes are also amazing imo
Went there one time and one time only. Their kitchen caught on fire and they ran out of the back while we were inside eating. The only way we knew there was a fire was that we saw the fire trucks pull up.
@@solarpony ok that’s pretty funny
I’d put Wendy’s up higher. They use fresh, never frozen beef. Their larger sandwiches, like Dave’s Single etc are exceptionally tasty
Wendy’s is amazing, I think definitely up there with Five Guys and In N Out!
I’ve never had Wendy’s but yeah that bacanator looks absolutely amazing
@@ToothlesstheNightFury510 I had it yesterday, first time In years. and it was most definitely delicious
No
No.
My favorite burger is five guys. The first time I had it, it tasted like no other burger I ever had. The whole menu is amazing. I love The shakes. I also like how the fries are in soda cups and they give you way more fries then you ordered which is great. 10/10 for me. Surprised it was tier 1 though.
They don't give you "way more fries than you ordered" as they always do that.
@@JaygeLP well done.
“The extra fries, however, are factored into the menu pricing, so it really is just an illusion of receiving more than your money's worth.”
“The genius of this little show is that for all intents and purposes, it looks and feels like we get extra fries, that the guys and gals at 5 Guys are being cool and generous, but upon a little post-carb reflection the truth is that they planned on giving that amount of fries out anyway, and budget for that.”
“Five Guys gives extra fries at the bottom of the bag. They do it so the guests think they are getting a good deal. However, the extra fries are already factored into the menu price. Founder Jerry Murrell also says it is better for customers to feel that their serving of fries was too large.”
Safe to say you’re bamboozled?
People just feel so good ordering 8 ounces of fries for 6 ounces to be packaged and 2 ounces littered around for “free”
am from NY so never really heard of Culver’s but it looks damn good. Need to try that and a Zaxbys
for me 5 guys is tier 1 but the thing is a lot of those fast food brands aren’t in canada lol so idk how good they are
To me
Tier 1:
- Five Guys
- Shake Shack
- Culver's
- In-N-Out
- Smashburger
- Fuddruckers
- Red Robin
Tier 2:
- Whataburger (could be Tier 1 if service was better and food was more consistent)
- White Castle
- Steak 'n Shake (could be Tier 1 back in the day but consistency is just not there)
- Wendy's
- Burger King (love the flame grilled smoke flavor they add)
- McDonald's
Tier 3:
Everything else
Special shoutout to Jollibee's. They could be Tier 1 or 2 overall depending on the location, but their burger sucks ass.
haha heard that on the jollibee burger lmao
Yes five guys is top tier for sure
Dude! I went to a Fuddruckers on a whim with my uncle last time I visited America and was not expecting it to be so good! I dunno if this is common knowledge but, to me, an Australian who had only heard of it once in a throwaway reference in a movie, I was so pleasantly surprised. I'm glad it wasn't just me who thought so too
@@SenpaiKai9000 Jollibee owns smashburger
Fuddruckers is absolutely goated. It’s a shame most of them closed down but my city is the last one in CA with a fuddruckers still open
In N Out tier one bc amazing prices, amazing quality, and just tasty overall
them prices do be amazin!
The habit
@@generalhenrystickmin that place tastes like literal shit.
In N Out is mediocre at best
In out is highly over rated.
Spot on all the way through. And McDonald’s here in hawaii has a seasonal McTeri (teriyaki burger) which definitely gets it into tier 2
Depends on the cooks. You can travel the nation and the same chains taste way different if they don't stick to the plan. The best 🍔 King I've ever had is in Lanahm M.D. just off the beltway. Think it's exit 21b super fast always perfect and aways a smile at the drive-thru. Real question is who's ff Chain has got the best icecrem creations.
Whataburger is really good, it used to be only in Texas, but I’ve heard it’s moving out.
It’s either in tier two or tier 2.5, so in between.
Whataburger is straight up trash. Not sure how Freddie’s is so low tho.
@@flOGLife whataburger is straight up delicious I know you're not being for real 🙏🏼
@@Noah--07 Bruh it’s trash unless it’s 2am and your drunk. McDonald’s meat patty’s look more appetizing.
@@flOGLife where you live you must have ass whataburgers because the ones near me all have amazing bugers that I’d but in tier 2 easy

god ranking
I agree. You should try Keller's if you're ever in Dallas.
You need to try whatabuger. I have had all the others and being from texas. I can honestly say its the best fast food burger
There’s no way this man has gone to a Freddy’s ranking even in tier 3. It’s right up there with Culver’s and smash burger
Absolutely dude! Maybe cuz I’m a yankee, but My Tier 1, SS tier is Five Guys and Smashburger, there’s this place in Korea called Kitchen Hygge it’s up there as well (is that because I miss home burgers? Idk but they slap)
Next in Tier 2 is Shake Shack and Wendy’s for the reason you said. Out of the big three fast food burgers I.E FASTFAST (BK, MD and W) personally Wendy’s is best. Though BK’s fries are usually the best.
And then everything else. I’d like to try Culver’s, Whataburger etc, but I didn’t spend enough time in the Midwest. :(
man i'm so glad you've tried Smashburger, the two by me both closed down!
@@SenpaiKai9000 that… is terrible. I guess it’s time to cook up some smash burgers! 😭😭😭 I’m so sorry! Have you ever tried replicating their stuff -exactly-? And yeah dude, I tried it in Colorado and I was NOT DISSAPOINTED! love they just CAPITALIZED on that Maillard reaction dawg. So good 😭
Culver’s and five guys as 1st tier and 2nd tier… I approve Senpai. Carry on
I would definitely switch McDonald's and Burger King. Burger King burger patties you can tell are more burger with toppings compared to McDonald's where I'd agree nothing else tastes like it but I never really taste the patties it's more of the toppings and sauces that make it good
Freddy's is really good in my opinion. Steak n' Shake is another one that didn't make the list that I enjoy.
i'll put them both in between the 2nd and 3rd tier. i do have many fond memories hanging out at Steak n Bake
Freddys slaps, my favorite of all time is MOOYAH burger though
@@Noblesteed17 have you tried dog haus?
No what state is is that located
@@Noblesteed17 Im in CA but there is some in other states. All their burgers and dogs are on Hawaiin rolls. Definitely need to try them if you like mooyah. I prefer it over mooyah. Look em up. Dog Haus.
Swap McDonald's with Wendy's
As a Midwestern. Culver’s is always gonna be my favorite fast food. It’s just good food, good quality, nice service.
im vegetarian now, and have been for almost two years, but i still crave Culver's, whataburger, and mcdonalds like no other.
What’s holding you back? You live once. Eat a burger.
@@jacobwragg727 lol
shake shak five guys in n out first tier alll the way
Saying freddys tastes like Burger King is a culinary hate crime
Totally agree with this list. I like how you said tier 3 all taste the same, which is very true. Culver is the real goat though, IMO.
The only thing we have is McDonalds, Burger King and KFC (which first showed up some years ago)
Fredddys in tier three is despicable
I love your vids man, they keep me up at night scrolling through all of them.
Personally i agree, but i think Freddy's is tier 2 not the best burger but fries with the burger make an S tier meal.
WhataBurger Is in a tier of its own, definitely better than any tier one because not only the quality is better but the variety offered!!! If you disagree, it’s probably because you’ve never tried it!
Me who can’t eat beef: ah yes interesting
are you perry the platypus?
@@sohandesai2135 no I’m his brother, we were separated after birth. He was adopted while I was left in the Wild, I’ll find that bastard who kidnapped him and take him to justice
@@platypuswithaphone8590 Ah ok
Five guys tier 1 ALLLLLL DAYYYYYY
Very overrated tbh
Fun (maybe) fact: The reason Smashburger isn't in WI is because they're prob afraid Culver's will demolish them in sales there
Wisconsin represent ;)
I would put in n out at number 1 but that's probably because its also the closest.
Mecdonlads
from personal experience, I would drop Burger King and Sonic down to a lower ranking if possible lol
I don't think we have Culver's here in California, but if you ever get a chance to visit a Habit burger I recommend it. It's like In n' Out without the 3 hour wait and with a great variety of burgers, and their lemonade is amazing
Bro was living up to his profile pic with that "Okay everybody"
Can you please review the Gordon Ramsay burger……. Huge fan and respect from Bangladesh
never had culvers sooo
t1: 5 guys, InNOut, Shake Shack
t2: McD,
t3: everything else
some special mentions(ones that idk if they count as fast food and/or serve something other than burgers and fries): chipotle s-tier, kfc and subway have a special spot in my heart since i grew up eating those, and when our family was financially ruined we ate a ton of subway for some reason. i guess we thought that although it might be slightly more expensive than mcD or other fast food, it was healthier to eat literally every day.
Shakeshack is so goated
Freddys and MCds s tier Culver’s f tier portilos f tier as well
Burger King is completely different tasting than sonic hands down
okay i give you that holmes
Five Guys is an S tier for me. Those burgers are amazing, but a little dry I guess. Still fresher than anything else though
Checkers burgers definitely my no1
HE HAS THE AUDACITY TO SAY MCDONALDS AND IN-N-OUT ARE AS GOOD AS EACH OTHER
He’s saying it’s tier 2 for uniqueness
@@ericchen776 I know but I hold in n out very dearly
@@smoblehoble8472 haha. i love in-n-out bruh!
In n out smacks, quality and price
I don't ever eat this stuff but you make me want to
whataburger is p good it reminds me of a cheaper 5 guys w a hint of mcds flavor, but tbh wab fries are my fav 😬
Burger king should be swapped with McDonald's
I agree smash burger for sure the best
You know that the higher the tier is the better subjectively is.
Never tried any of the tier ones. But my favorite is on your tier 2. In and out is the best, IMO
Tier 1, Culver’s
Tier 2, in-n-out
Tier 3 checkers because you don’t see them anywhere where I like and they are goated when I go out of state!
Five Guys does not belong on this list. They refuse to salt their patties and always cook them to over well done. Their plain burgers are inedible. Also their buns are always flattened. People only like them because you can cover them with toppings.
Farmer boys should be on the list
I've had just about every fast food burger I believe. And the only ones that are worth while to me are FIVE Guys, In n Out, and McDonald's in that order.
McDonald's just has that nostalgic taste to it that for whatever reason I crave every once in awhile. Not necessarily the best burger by any means but tastes good every time I go cause it's McDonald's.
In n out though is the most consistent burger. It tastes really good but just not as good as number 1 imo.
Five guys. Now here is the hard truth coming from a five guys purist. Not every five guys is good. But once you find one that is, it's totally worth it and the best fast food burger you'll have. I had 3 different locations pretty close to me growing up and 2 of them were always awful. But 1 of them always tasted super fresh and super juicy and never soggy or anything like that because in n out if you don't eat at the restaurant it will get soggy by the time you get home. Five Guys well a good one in my experience won't and it stays hella warm and tastes amazing. I know people that work at five guys and the reason it's so good is because they let the patty do the talking and I'm talking about the taste of it. All it is, is lightly seasoned with salt and the flavor of the meat is what stands out.
Also Fatburger is actually probably the best hamburger I've ever had except they are super rare nowadays and barley any exist.
I’ve never had bad Five Guys, and I was stunned that it was tier two. Now I just feel blessed.
@@HydetheRapper yeah it really just depends on the location. One 5 guys near me always serves me the soggiest nastiest burgers and fries
@Evan Bell If you live in Arizona try a place called caveman burgers and another place called aoli Burger There used to be a place on 19th Avenue in Greenway called sammiches And I swear they had the best burgers I've ever tasted in my life
White castle would also be in teir s. They aren't accessible in any state but if you're lucky enough you'll get to try them
I would go Culvers, Shake Shack one and two. And you have to go to New Mexico and try Blake's Lotta Burger! Sorry but I have never seen a store outside of New Mexico.
I loooveee Culver’s! I get it every time I visit my dad in the Midwest, I wish there was one near where I live on the east coast
Culver's is so good
I would replace shake shack with Whataburger (I live in Texas so the quality is better than in other places because they need to hold their reputation) and I replace McDonald's with Wendy's (same reasoning with Whataburger, it's the franchise's home state so they need to maintain the reputation. Not just that but my closest Wendy's was actually the first Wendy's that Wendy Thomas opened. Wendy Thomas is the namesake of the franchise)
Tier 1 - Culver’s, Five Guys, Whataburger, Carl’s Jr., White Castle
Tier 2 - McDonald’s, Checkers n Rally’s, Burger King, Del Taco (they have pretty good burgers) In-n-out
S Tier: In-n-out
A Tier: Shake Shack, Five Guys
B tier: Wendy’s
C: tier: McDonalds
D tier: Carl’s Jr., Rally’s
F tier: Burger King
Checkers in tier 3? Below McDonalds??? If anything it should be at the top of tier 2 at the very least
For best In N Out experience, get grilled onions in your burger, (3x3 or 4x4 if you can eat!) With animal style fries.
Bro you got to check out steak n Shake! That got everything and before the pandemic they were open 24/7 and they have this bomb garlic parm burger!
Imo Five Guys should be in tier 1. Totally agree with Shake Shack but I don’t understand the hype around Culver’s, tier 2 imo. Never tried smashburger
Whataburger is top tier
Most people don't understand that you don't go to in n put for especially amazing burgers. It's the highest quality burger for the price. You can get a double double meal for the price of a McDonald's meal.
I’m glad tier 1 is Culvers so I’m happy about that!
My favorite burger places:
1 In n Out
2 Red Robin
3 Culver’s
4 Smash burger
5 Shake shack
*Ah yes, Shake Shack* 😩
Whataburger is my favorite
NO STEAK AND SHAKE??
I know it's not very popular place and it's mainly on the West Coast, but Burgerville is probably one of my top three.
Wow, I live in the southern US and worked at the only smashburger within like a 500 mile radius. It’s not really popular at all bc although the food is really good it’s a bit expensive for what you get. But that being said, i’ve never seen it show up on anyone else’s list of the best fast food burgers cuz I think it’s only super popular in colorado
I will fight u on Wendy's. Other than that I agree. Culver's is underrated
Give guys one their hire
Your camera quality amazes me😮
Just had ShakeShack a few days back and I loved it. I go there quite often (not to the point where it gets unhealthy tho😂))
Idk if you take requests but you should try Jake’s Wayback Burgers. They good.
Culvers will always own my heart.
Smash burger is awesome. Used to have one locally but I closed and never tried it before it closed. It wasn’t until years later when I was in Houston for work and I can’t beloved I’ve missed out on it before.
Whataburger is very hit or miss, best burger ever, or a greasy lukewarm disappointment
My dad hyped up whataburger so much that I went in with high expectations but was left disappointed. It's not like the food is bad or anything, it's just that I was expecting food better than In and Out, Five Guys, Carl's Jr, and Wendy's(my favorite fast food places for burgers) but didn't get that. The food is still good and might be just as good as my favorite fast food places for burgers but I don't remember enough of whataburger to compare, I just remember being dissappointed. My experience would probably be similar to a Texan being dissappointed after eating In and Out after a Californian hyped it up so much.
Burger King Tier 2 spittin facts
Five guys quantity and cajun fries are the best in the business but sometimes r a lottle soggy but honestly still tier 1 for me. (P.S. dont be the weirdo to get normal fries at 5 guys. You are the disgrace of society)
yeah i love both the quantity and Cajun spice but i wish their fries weren't so soggy.
if they could fix that, they'd be the best in the biz
Shake Shack, Five Guys, Whataburger, Sonic, & Wendys.
I’d say your right but in and out is s class
freddys is way better than culvers. i think culvers is still really good but definitely not S tier. would be happy with freddys and culvers both in A tier.
Culvers spicy chicken sandwich and pretzel bites is goated
I don't know why, but I've never really enjoyed culvers as much as everyone else. Thus, Five-Guys is my de-facto #1
put some extra salt on your burger. you're welcome (;
and you better be gettin cheese curds!
@@SenpaiKai9000 Just went to Culver's for the first time today after yesterday's video. Live 3 min from it but never went. Put salt and the butter burger, and I have to say, I'm a fan 💯
@@SenpaiKai9000 The cheese curds are great! I guess I should have specified my comment was specifically about their butter burgers. But yeah I remember you saying the salt thing in the other video. I'll try it!
The thing I like about Culver’s is that I can pretty much order anything on the menu and it’s all different and tastes pretty good
Smash burger and milkshake and that is a good day lunch
Culver's is S-tier all the way dude! Agreed on In-and-Out being B-tier. It's good, especially for what you're paying, but WAY over hyped.
If we're talking strictly so-cal chains, Habit burger is legiiiiiiiiiit!!!
OH MY GOD I LOVE SMASH BURGER AND SHAKE SHACK. Best burgers👌
