Great job and well done for determination on getting that clip for sealing properly you appear to apply great integrity in your work wish we had proffesional trades people with your work ethics in yorkshire well done
The meter. When studying as a 1st year we went through all types of meters, right up to industrial Holmes Connersville. Never saw a one pipe ever. But knew how they worked.
That’s the standard gas meter we have in Switzerland. There are different sizes available. Typically G4 to G16 for domestic use. Usually combined with the pressure regulator.
That gas meter, I am a sparky and I see these from time to time in flats where I am there to install bonding, EICRs, where there is a plant room with the incoming gas supply and manifold (sometimes a gas pump to increase pressure, though you mostly see these on high rises and or commercial installs) and supply meter, then the flats have these to bill the occupier. The SWA incomer on the consumer unit and local electricity meter also would be fed back to a plant room where there would be an incoming service head. There are a few flats around my area that have these types of meters. Somewhere on site will be a plant room. Hope this helps.
I always take off the bottom two nuts on the heat exchanger and slightly loosen the top two so the injector will fall out into the combustion chamber - find it's the best way to not forget 👍
They are very handy mate and makes wiring a lot easier 👌🏾 there's 2 versions, a smaller one which comes with wagos inside and the bigger one which I used where you have to use your own wagos
C’mon!!.......These boxes are 30 quid & you still need to buy the connectors! If you can’t easily trace the conductors & wires on an S Plan, give I up FFS!! An old Spark, a right poofter too!! Gave me a tip on Wiring Centres; buy a Two Gang >35mm surface fitting Patrice, block connector & a Two Gang Blank Plate.........The cheapest 10 Way you’ll ever fit.
been looking online and like another viewer has said its called a single adapter gas meter bk-g4t i think they are more used in Europe not many in the uk to be honest i would call cadent and ask if they are allowed lol
These meters were common in the 70s. Usually installed in flats with mild steel riser installation pipe teed off to the ECV and meter inlet/outlet. union
@@cputilitysolutions SINGLE ADAPTER GAS METER BK-G4T made by a few companies eg Elster honeywell etc. Am surprised its installed in the country think I would have investigated maybe with supplier or cadent .

I've seen a 40Kw duotec working without the injector, it was lying in the bottom of the boiler casing...didn't sound too bad to be honest.
Fair enough, I've had some that have made me jump!
Have you got a link for that bigger Wago Wiring Centre box? I can only find the smaller ones online.
Wago L60 mate 👍🏾

I think the regulator must be upstream of the meter.
