I hate seeing comments like this because they just don’t get the point of evolutions. Evolutions are SUPPOSED to get tons of value. That’s what they’re designed to do. Have abilities that make them worth 2-3 elixir more. They are designed to be overpowered. And the problem with evolutions is not that they are overpowered, the issue is that overpowered mechanics like evolutions require both players to have in order to be balanced, but Supercell has not added enough methods of obtaining evolution shards for that to be possible.

How to balance this card:
1. Get rid of or redurce the amount of knock back. It can still kill swarms, but heavy hitters can stop it much easier.
2. Make it break once hit the tower, since it charges almost instantly it is both very broken and unsatisfying once it lands on the tower.

OH MY GOD THEY MADE IT BALANCED. If you ever noticed the regular version spawns on contact and no matter what one barb locks on but they made it bounce back so we can actually keep the evolution barbs at the very least from connecting to the tower.

I think a well placed goblin cage can counter this. I can’t test it, but based off of what we have seen it would make sense.

I mean its not bad, the only problem with certain evos is that the cards that usually counter them dont counter them anymore! While some evos are just plain hp and damage buffs nothing more, skarmy can completely counter battle ram, royal giant, etc. But cant counter evo. Most common defense against barbarians is fireball and guess what is it against evo barbs? Yeeee fireball. They should either make them not counter the counter or just give every evo card the ability to counter the counter i hope last sentence makes sense 💀
All of these abilities were predicted by him, i think supercell is listening
