Hey Eso, I chose Pile 3. And I am in tears, I am so overcome with sudden grief...I didn't know I was holding it in. I thought I was ok but you pealed my false skin, I guess. Thank you. About taking up more space and being confident in it. Yup, I always put myself last and make myself small so no one can see me. I was not like this but it is a phase I am going through for the past few years. But, I feel the wind of change. Yes, the karmic part/ generational trauma part is so correct. I feel I am breaking my family's curses, all the responsibility is on me to break the chains, one by one. I know who I am but I feel so bogged by the junk in my thoughts, spirit, and emotions, that's not mine but I feel passed down to me. pile 2. thankyou. the acceptance/it is what it is messages was something i was thinking about before i went to bed and when i woke up (before watching video), so was good to hear that in the reading. especially helpful in disability/illness and accepting my life is different than most but theres no shame in that; its just how i exist and theres nothing wrong with that. recent aspd diagnosis and i didnt expect to get it but am learning to come to terms and accept it. it isnt a curse its just how i turned out, and thats not shameful at all

Pile 4: One thing that I am learning is that the idea of thoughts or feelings being "right" and "wrong" does not exist, truth only exists in our heart. I started observing my thoughts and feelings without judgement, there are thoughts that bring me ease and feed positive emotions and thoughts that bring me unease feeding negative emotions. That's all that there is. I am only now starting to realise anxiety is just an illusion, and there is some difference between healthy fear and unhealthy, irrational fear.

I lost a grandma who was really close to me a year after my brother went out of house wich was hard for me cause my father has ptsd and than my relationship broke plus my parents got deforced so I know all to well what hurt is. Also very valid point because they always tell you how the road to hell is paved with good intentions and like you said obviously it's paved with bad ones right? so then what the heck does the road to heaven look like! I have really been struggling lately and this is exactly what I have been doing, exactly what you said and I didn't even realize that I was doing it. Well I did and I didn't. I knew that I was working this way, processing this way but I didn't realize what I was doing to myself. I'm policing myself so hard that nothing is coming out. I've been so shocked lately because I do all kinds of arts and crafts. I haven't been able to work with my clay, my painting, my photography, or my jewelry-making nothing.
