I think I know why Epic PomPom is white instead of brown or black. It doesn't seem to be a mix of all dyes, but a lack of dyes. If the Epic PomPom eats all colors of food, the dyes could go to different parts of their skin instead of their fur, and since PomPoms start out white, the Epic PomPom could remain so.
The Sooza is the only one that is very different from the rest here, because according to the description, the sooza's trumpet is just a big horn. (Based on the rare sooza trailer, they can also drop their horns)
I would also include common PomPom’s “pigtails” as part of her bone structure. Kind of like head stalks maybe? They appear to be attached to her head by similar looking appendages to her arms and legs. Unless they’re almost like human ears for example where instead of being made of bone and flesh, it’s closer to cartilage

My headcanon is that the Pomily and Mammott are the same species, just that the Pomily are always female and the Mammotts are always male. Both the Pom Pom and Sooza are cold elementals like Mammott, they share the same body structure, only that the Mammotts are hairier, and most members of the Pomily have vocal-based instruments, the only exception to the rule is Rooba who is both not part cold and doesn't vocalize but that could be chalked up to being a subspecies that branched off into Psychic Island as a magical class monster. Tootoo is canonically an adopted member of the Pomily which could be a reference to how certain animals were labeled as one species but were later labeled as distinct species like how some people assumed the Red Panda was a bear and the Colugo was a lemur originally. While it could be a stretch it is interesting to think about.

1 problem. The pink stuff on PomPoms are feathers, not fur. This is attributed from its air element.
