Many PC shops will give you some rubber plugs that will fit many of the holes. I believe that there are some masking tapes that work better in the heat that the frame will experience in the oven so the glue doesn't melt and the tape slip away. I would also suggest that you ask the PC shop to write the brand name and colour code of the PC that they used on your invoice. If you need to do any future PC work on that bike, this will save you a ton of headaches. And, if you think that all blacks are alike, ask the shop. They probably have many levels of sheen.
