Always look forward to your videos Patrick! I always know that I'm ok after watching you 🌈💚💜 I keep getting hate from my family everytime I try and bring these issues to light. It's so frustrating that I can't have a conversation without hate thrown in. You heal me, thankyou. ☺️🌈
I had a similar experience when I visited the town where I grew up earlier this year. I saw a few friends I hadn’t seen since coming out as aroace. Once I told them (and explained what aroace is), they were supportive. But like you, I struggled quite a bit in high school and college, and seeing those old places brought a lot of memories, good and bad, flooding back. I guess it occurred to me when revisiting that all the things and people in the past that hurt me because of who I was and who I am can’t hurt me anymore. I won’t let them. Thank you for sharing, and I’m glad you were able to find some healing from this. 💜💚
Thank you! I will admit, it was intimidating going back there. I could actually see places where I hit some of my lowest, most depressed moments of my life a decade earlier while at the pride event itself. It was a bizarre thing to experience, but I wanted to share it for anyone else who is working through their own past.
It's good to see you try and heal😌🫂. I hope you can find a great person to be in a QPR with in the future 🥺. I'm doing ok, thanks for asking, i managed to accept that i'm a happy single AroAce a year or 2 ago and whas finally confident enough into coming out to everybody last eyar and it felt so freeing😊.
Glad for you bud. Healing journeys are HUGE!! Proud of you and admire your courage. 🤙
Thank you for sharing about closing this chapter. 🌈
Always looking forward to hearing more of your experiences
