My old digs... Those were some good days in New York and New Jersey. I'm picturing the addition of the national guard in the Subways of NYC now....sad state of affairs.
What's the deal with the tiresome 'No Filming' policy? I mean, actual film crews cluttering up the place, yeah I can 'get' that, and, I suppose like pretty much all municipalities and utilities its a $$ thing (as in, 'Gimme, Gimme!'), but I can hardly see the problem with a tourist or transit enthusiast, or someone with a modest UA-cam or TikTok channel discreetly (but openly) filming. When I lived in London there was a similar thing with a ban on flash photography in/on the Underground. (This was long before camera phones were a thing). There the reason, as I understand, was safety, which given the amount of electrical arcing from the rails seemed pretty dubious... I'm gonna guess that PATH would say it's either or both of two things, each depressing; either Terrorism, which, of course, is the perfect "Stop asking questions, already" answer, along the lines of "Won't someone _please_ think of the *children!* " If that really _is_ the reason, I hardly think it would hamper any but the laziest or most gormless of terrorists, but boy does it ever put over vibes of those old Sov~Bloc countries where you risked causing an international incident if you took an ill~advised pictures of an airport or something. I mean, _Hello!_ "Leader of the Free World!", and all that?! Besides, if things really _have_ come to that, what even is the point..? What happened to all that "We can't let the terrorists stop us from living our lives" guff..?! The only other plausible one I can envision is the dreary old "legal/privacy/'FOIA' " routine; I mean, I know it's not the public street, up on the surface, but surely there's no reasonable expectation of privacy on the PATH? And there must be a gajillion channels out there making fun of unfortunate schmucks in WalMart, with their pants hanging half way down their bottoms - if privacy _is_ the reason, it's a pretty bogus one! [EDIT: Plus, you can be _damn_ sure PATH are filming *YOU!* ] Anyway, if we can't let the terrorists dictate the way we live, I say, the same should go for the suits! At the end of the day though, for all that I'm ranting, I can only speculate - if anyone knows, or can confirm, the actual reason, _I_ would sure love to hear it!
Hey Im a massive fan of your videos and I am trying to make my first long video. Do you have any tips for how to do the voiceover? Im doing a video on one of the commuter lines in my city :] 🌸 - Foxy
Hello there!! So; for voiceovers I typically use my microphone on my desktop, however I have used my phone’s voice app before. the Voice app on your phone is honestly fine if you don’t have a microphone so long as you can tweak the the audio in your editor. I recommend being in an area with relative quietness, I usually do this when my parents and sister all happen to be outside of the house as I still am living with my parents for a couple more months; however if you cannot find a time with them not in the house, it is best to wait until night time and do it Outside id recommend. I also always script my voice over fully (for the most part) - Usually I do this just by remembering but in the future I plan on actually looking at clips for the video while I script so I don’t accidentally write something that I saw but never got to film. Good luck on your video! And I am glad that I inspire you to make content! :)

What if the 9 Train had split off 7th Ave after 14th Street and Ran the PATHs route to Newark 😅
Its Herald Square not Harold Square

The correct legal name of the agency is the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
Also, you butchered the City of Hoboken, New Jersey.
*HERALD Square...
I seen that "Harold Square"
Hoboken is pronounced (Hoe-Bow-Ken)
yeah ik i just pronounced it bad in this recording😭😭😭
