Hi Jill, so sweet of you to ask about my son. He is currently training at a California military base that is only 30 minutes from our home which is VERY convenient when he does get a few hours of liberty. And yes, he will get to come home for Christmas which I am very excited about. Becoming an empty nester is bittersweet. I miss him so much but definitely enjoy a more calm life now. I will also add that my grocery bill has gone way down since he enlisted!!! Enjoy your time with Tim. It’s cliche but so true.... they grow up so fast.
