- On my wish list ship since Season 1. Now in Season 3, we get some movement. So the vid is focused on that time frame.
And I have tried to tone down the music in order to hear the dialogue. I do apologize if it's not enough. I'm a novice vidder & will always be.
The spark & chemistry between Neil & Clair is pure. He does really look out for her & care for her since day one.
Really? Why did Melendez have to die just as they we're about to start a relationship with Claire
Everytime Neil stares at Claire, I melt. I still don't understand why they had to kill him off. They were so good for each other. Claire and him deserved better. ☹️💔

If they had decided that Claire would be staying down in another country, the should’ve kept Melendez alive & the 2 of them could be down there doing work that has so much red, legal tape wrapped around it here in the US. Season 3 finale, I still bawl at, now season 4 finale had me crying.

So they didn't get to be together but what they did have was cute and they confessed their love for each other
Dr. Claire Browne is my favorite character in this series but I love Dr. Neil Melendez,he is an ultimate DILF.

I'm thinking(or in my mind), the death will be Lea. She sacrifices herself to save Shaun or someone else. It would kinda fit in with the whole ending of last weeks episode.
I think they would be dumb to kill off Melendez. I think the show would take a hit. Guess we will have to see.
you know what never made sense to me. You know how Melendez’s fiancé broke up with him, because she didn’t want hold him back and to be the reason why he never had kids, especially since he wanted to start a family, but the fact that they broke up was kinda dumb, because he then dated Lim, who was older than his ex fiancé, who also never said anything about wanting to have kids or starting a family. Idk It just seemed pointless, Claire has always seemed perfect for him. THEY NEED TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN‼️
Yes, and also I forget that Claire had a crush on him in Season 1 but they dropped it. Which is fine since they didn't want to rush them but I have also been waiting on them since season 1.

Such a good vid! I stopped watching this show around the episode this season where Claire's mom passed. I just was losing interest in the show as I do with most medical procedural shows( they aren't my fav). BUT, thanks to you when this seasons over I will go back and pick up where I left off. I forget why can't Melendez and Claire date? Hospital rules? I hope they get together. He already dated so many people( well just 2 i think lol) at that hospital. But, I think it will be great to see their relationship progress from friendship to dating.
He's an Attending and she's a Resident so the difference in status would normally make it hard for them to be together but let's see what T.V. land will do

I just love the atmosphere between the 2, but i am still not sure myself if i want them to actually be a couple. I mean i totally want it, but at the same time i can see that it would definitely be weird and frowned upon. So i would think the right way to go is both of them kinda loving each other, but not being together, cause that wouldnt work with their jobs. Just a friendship.

Okay. Im still in season 2 and watching this just gives me a lot of spoilers. But even at the first season I knew there is a spark between melendez and claire. And I just watched the scene where melendez dies??? Yah i dont think the writers are just gonna kill him like that. He is a very important character in the series and we didnt even get to see melendez and claire being together. And at the last scene of season 3, we didnt exactly see melendez die. Yes he was getting worse but you never know, a miracle can happen. So i dont think hes dead. We'll see in the fourth season. Just saying

If only that were true, unfortunately we do see Melendez dead. In the scene the morning after the earthquake when Claire leaves his room you can see Niel in the background. They have unhooked all his equipment lowered his head fully down, removed his pillow and place both his hands on his cheast. That's what they do to someone after they have died. I wish it wasn't true but he is dead.

Am I the only one who doesn’t want them to end up together because I think this could be a perfect example of a great platonic almost brother and sister relationship? They’re at two totally different points in their lives, having them be a couple would only result in complications and fights. I think them staying just as friends is perfect because it shows not all strong friendships have to turn into relationships.
