Rakhi is not going to be the same this year!. That doesn't stop us to celebrate this beautiful bond between brothers and sisters their friendship , love , fights and camaraderie. AS THICK THE BOND IS.. I am going to make a super velvety thick Nutella Cookie Pudding. This episode is dedicated to all my brothers ...and Lakshu's little sister Aria WHO IS FAR FAR AWAY IN USA. He is very proud to be an elder bro bdw.
Packed with loads of Chocolate-hazelnut flavour, it’s a tasty treat everyone will enjoy! this rich and creamy pudding is so simple to make and IT will satisfy your deepest DESSERT CRAVINGS. The best part about this homemade pudding is how quick and easy it comes together. Only a few basic ingredients are required, and it’s as simple as combining everything together. Lets begin with 300 gms cream. I have taken Amul cream that is readily available in any kirana store. I am using a churner to just fluff it up and make a smooth batter ....You will see this creamy mixture will have a nice fluffy texture..now is the time to add 1/2 a cup nutella..you can add melted choco chips or chocolate too by Nutella me jo mazaa hai ..nothing can beat it. time to mix mix mix ... u will get a nice chocolaty creamy batter. Mix it with a churner for 2-3 mins.keep it aside
Next step is to take 20-25 Marie biscuits, alternatively you can use Parle g biscuits as well.. dip these biscuits in espresso basically combining 2-3 tsp coffee in 1 cup of luke warm water. dip these biscuits one buy one and line it up in a dish that can go into the freezer. One layer of biscuits and then we are going to gently put one layer of Nutella creamy batter on the biscuits...put another layer of biscuits ..there you go and repeat the same step of pouring the batter...i am going to layer up another set of biscuits and pour the velvety cream on top...the last step is to just top it up with more Nutella..you can put nuts of your choice be it hazel nut or cashew nuts or almods...I am just keeping it simple as my nuts jar is out of stock ...Now I am going to freeze this overnight ..if you have less time ...even 5-6 hours in the freezer in Power Cool mode can do the magic.
