Hi, nice video. Congrats with the newborn. I am from the Netherlands and going to move to Johannesburg and in the first weeks of my pregnancy. Where is Pretoria from Johannesburg? Dis you had problems with the rain floods earlier in december?
Hi Germaine, congratulations on your pregnancy❤️ the distance between Johannesburg and Pretoria is around 60km give or take depending on which area you would be staying in. A requirement to give birth at a government hospital in Pretoria is that you would need to live in the area. When you visit a clinic for your antenatal care they will tell you which hospital you would have to give birth at depending on where you live. If you will be living in Johannesburg you will be directed to a government hospital in Johannesburg. Hope that makes sense, good luck!
Thank you!❤️ On the App Store and Google play it is ‘Contraction Counter and Timer 9m’ it has a green baby icon for the free version (which I used it just has some ads) and the paid version has a green clock icon.
Hi! Thanks so much for watching. Honestly, I’m not sure. During my pregnancy the ball definitely helped whenever I had some aches and pains because it took the pressure off as opposed to sitting down on a chair and swaying on the ball during labour did help manage the contractions in terms of swaying through them but at that point I wasn’t in any pain so I don’t know if it would help manage pain at all 😁 it might have helped to make labour go quicker but it could also just have been so quick because it was my second baby 🤷🏻♀️ Good luck with your pregnancy ❤️
Thank you for such an informative videos, I’ll be giving birth at kalafong but by c-section how is the service and can my partner be in there with me when giving birth? I’m so nervous as I lost my privous baby(stillborn) coz of negligence of a hospital in the free state. I’ll be going first week of April
Hi Lebohang, I’m so sorry for your loss❤️ I had very good service at Kalafong hospital and I stayed there for 2 weeks after my baby was born. I’m not sure how the c-section ward is but I met a few ladies who had c-sections and they had no complaints. Your best bet will be to phone Kalafong’s maternity ward and ask them. When I phoned them in 2022, they were allowing one birth partner but just call again to make sure as these things can change. Good luck to you and congratulations on your pregnancy ❤️
Oh my, you're so pretty. I love your front teeth. Cute😊

Did bouncing on the ball really made any difference compare to your first pregnancy? Assuming you didn't use the ball.

What hospital is this?
I want names of good public hospitals in Durban. I wont lie, I'm scared of getting bad service.
Hi there! I unfortunately live in Pretoria and have no idea which public hospitals are good in Durban. Good luck with your pregnancy 💓

@@rearabilweterciavivian9843 Hi there 💓 From experience I can say Pretoria West and Kalafong were both great. I haven’t been to any others 💐
