From what I am learning the king is referring to Jesus and the man and daughter of the king mentioned are the Beloved and the Shulamite in the Song of Solomon. If you study both together and then add a quick study of what Jesus says using the word “consider “ in his Sermon on the Mount ( looking up the word “consider “ in your Strong Concordance) you will find that all of these witnesses reveal the 2 Witnesses of Revelation chapter 11. The woman is described as a lily and the man is the Elijah that is to come. Also, the Beloved starts as a watchman, from the Tribe not sealed in Revelation chapter 7- the Tribe of Dan. Gen 49:16 says Dan will judge his people as one of the Tribes of Israel. This is the Elijah that is to come. Dan had a particular problem with idolatry. He is also in the Parable of the Lost Son. Judah, the 4th son of Jacob, was the older son who never left and Dan was the younger who left and returned after repenting. Hope this blesses someone.

David is talking to his daughter (Mary) she is in the house of David therefore she is his daughter. Also all generations will call her blessed that’s also in the new testament when Mary accepts god for birth she says all generations will call her blessed therefore all nations will praise her forever and ever. Even in heaven Mary is queen. Rev 12:1 last thing the people of tyre can be found in ezek 28:12. The "king of Tyre" (Ezek. 28:12) is the personal ego, the ruling power in the sense man. In connection with him, the precious stones (Ezek. 28:13) evidently refer to the spiritual man. The picture of Tyre given by Ezekiel shows it to be sense consciousness puffed up with pride and self-sufficiency. The prophet describes the overthrow of the sinful consciousness, at the same time giving a most remarkable declaration of the innate perfection of man. "Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty." (See Ezek. 28:12-17.)

Also Grace is associated with the number 5 and Dan was the 5th son of Jacob.
No the king in this Psalm is not David but Jesus Christ as the Coming King above All earthly kings including David.
