As a person who doesn’t leave home often, especially for social activities, I would 100% pay for a ticket a to enter a sweet little club, playing this music, sipping tulsi tea or cacao or wheatgrass, dancing at our tall table, high vibe/Prana light food being served and you’d have someone like me inquiring about frequent flyer cards. 😄 Dark. 1) I specifically named several known high vibe and ceremonial beverages because it feels like a puja and the offerings (or, prasara) are healthy, life giving (Prana) foods/beverages.
2) because where else could you go in public to order those items except for a place that played music like this. They work hand in hand. 😄
3) frequency healing works on a subtle level. We have to provide the body with calming, grounding and nourishing foods which don’t clog the channels. In Ayurveda, coffee is considered ‘rajasic’ or, stimulating. If the goal is to connect with the frequency and allow it to do its magic, caffeine would actually interfere.

I never believed in this kind of thing before. I am going through a lot of health issues right now and normally when I try to clean my house or go for a walk, I get tired, and my lower back will start hurting and I have to stop. I just cleaned my whole kitchen and made a meal, and my back did great and my energy level increased. THANK YOU so much. I am going to attempt a walk this evening and loop this. As we meditate on this, we realise that we are all one, we have all come from one Infinite Source, and a part (Ansh) of that infinite source is present in all of us. We are all connected.
“You are the same as I am” OM is the sound of universe. Om Soham ~ I am the universe, I am part of it, I am connected to that Infinite source.
Its not just a mantra which we should understand, its a technique and just chanting Om So Hum, Om So Hum for 10-15 mins daily can relax the breathing and balance our inner energy flow.
Just few minutes of meditating along with this magical mantra can bring calm and so much positivity inside and out.

Okay first of all I have to say I absolutely love this I love the longer version I love the shorter version I love it all it is my daily motivation. However, tonight I was sitting in my office and listening to this fairly loudly but not so loud that it would bother anyone else in the house... Or so I thought. My 18-year-old son comes into my office wanting to know what this weird ethereal music is because he had gone into the bathroom which shares a wall with my office and it was coming through the wall just low enough that he thought maybe it was just like a weird tinnitus type thing but he wasn't sure and it was really creeping him out. And honestly I am just trying really hard not to laugh while he's explaining all of this and I can't say the things he said cuz I would get in trouble but anyway we'll just say it was unsettling for him. Is so I ended up playing it some more for him so he could hear what it was in all of its glory and then all sudden he starts headbanging to it and honestly I just can't stop laughing at this point! 🤣💙 So I guess we have proven that this is music for all ages because my 4-year-old loves the song too!
