    Fescue and clover, really? You planted a cow pasture. Why are you not using native tall prairie grasses and forbes in your replanting?

    Great info. I have a youtube channel on my small scale logging operations and fishing. I always try to do what is best for the land. You have some great info but there is one thing... clear cutting large areas is not except-able. I have been in the woods for 40 years and select cutting the trees and leaving at least 30 percent of the trees on every acres. this is actually good for the remaining stand.
