🤿 How to Demonstrate Tying the Two Half Hitches Knot in the PADI Instructor Development Course and Examination! 🌊
At some point in your diving adventures, you’ll find the need to tie a knot.
The two half hitches knots are fairly strong and relatively simple. The two half hitches are often used to tie a rope to an object. This hitch knot shares similar characteristics to the bowline in that it does not release on its own, however is easily untied even after heavy load. This knot is required in the following PADI diving courses:
- Search & Recovery Adventure Dive
- Search & Recovery Speciality Course
- Divemaster Practical Skill 4
- Instructor Development Course and Examination
