Jason: Run over people many times. Bill: Serve customers in any store but the pizza restaurant is the easiest. Mayor Cyprus: Buy a pistol or sniper and dynamites and time bombs, raid the Bandit's Base, rob the gas station, kill the gun store owner and rob it, buy three ghost burgers from Burger Bites and then rob the restaurant, rob the hospital or explode the lobby area, rob the Barber shop then Verde Cafe, rob the pizza place but if it is populated, explode it, rob the clothing store, rob the beach hut in the beach, kill the trading post shopkeeper and rinse and repeat.
The last two characters are Bill (The guy at Pat's pizza parlor) & the Mayor (You start the character with 15 million btw) (Late) edit: It's 1.5 mil bruh
If your gonna grind bandit camp but dont have any other character besides alexis you can glitch into the wall near the safe and rob it as alexis without being shot

try using a time bomb in areas with lots of people like eateries; its fast and is a good source of money, so you can buy more time bombs and keep doing that process. i got jason in a little less than 2 hours

The 2nd to last character I believe is Bill, and you unlock him by serving 300 customers in total. (meaning that even if you did 60 at the pizza place, and 240 somewhere else etc. you would still get the character) and the last character I left as a secret, but you need to make 50,000$ in total. I'd suggest using alexias power (activated with capslock on pc) to clip through the back part of the bandit base and steal from their safe, or just kill them all with Jason, as he spawns very close to the base.

@@guilsor78 you mean the chat icon doesn't appear like it normally does? or do the npcs not talk to you? if it doesn't appear thats normal, if the npcs aren't talking to you I'd suggest leaving and rejoining, if that doesn't work then I dunno what to do for that
@@TriangleTries Yeah the same is happening for me. The chat bubbles over the npcs arnt appearing. Leaving and rejoining wont fix it. Hopefully this is fixed in the future
