Despite the alleged “back-door “controversy surrounding their Air Jordan 1 collaborative release, it’s clear that the shop run by Jordan’s son will not get the “freeze out” treatment moving forward. In fact, official images of their next project around the Air Jordan 7 Retro have surfaced, revealing a spirited design that packs in a variety of pristine details that likely tells the story of Michael Jordan’s triumphs in international play. Obviously inspired by the 1992 Olympics in Barcelona, this Air Jordan 7 sees the colors of the Olympic ring on the heel-tab, sitting above a golden accessory piece attached to the arrowhead. Touches of red, gold, and navy return, drawing comparisons to the Air Jordan 7 “Olympic”, while a luxurious beige suede replaces the standard white leather. Furthermore, MJ’s insignia is pressed into the heel, while the Trophy Room logo sits on the left insole. Yeah I think I would pick the carmines over the trophy rooms but I have never bought a 7 before. Never really liked em. I love this shoe. Just got em. I was 13 in 92' & the dream team was awesome. I had a dream team jersey back in the day. This brings back my childhood. I'm in love with this shoe

I’ve never been a huge fan of the 7’s but these did it for me. I’m a huge Carmine color way guy and this was what I finally bit on. I also wear that hard to get 12.5 size lol. I’m a little late getting them but I’ve been beefing up my sneaker collection but I’ve had my eye on these the whole time. Was wearing my Citrus 7s while I was with my baby bro who was born in 2008 & he had to he audacity to ask me why I like the color way & the Jordan 7 in general. I told him bc when I was in 6th grade I didn’t get to cop & it’s my most favorite 7 color way other than the Olympics. I asked him, “do you & your generation like the Jordan 7?” Boy said “I mean it looks nice but not nearly as nice looking like the 1s or 4s.” That just blew my mind & made me sad at the same time lol

I like 7's, but these look like they have too much "hardware" with them. Makes the shoes rather gaudy. And they do look similar to Carmines. That's why I grabbed the Cardinals. They're clean and OG's.

Juat got my pair in and I agree there's some quality issues. I've got glue all on thr left sneaker. On the air jordan part of the tounge, the side of the tounge, and back of tounge. The materials been rubbed near thr jordan signature and a few other spots. I was excited asf to get this shoe after missing out and part of me just wants to return it smh.

I already talked about the dream teams practice 😂 yea, that’s their first practice. I also didn’t mention each players name that was on the team that was on the clipboard either or the fact that they used 22 little dots on the back of the shoe and it woulda been a dope touch to have there be 23 dots or how the pull tab matched the gold medal from 92.
