Love your wellness vlogs. I’ve been on a wellness journey for 6 months now. I have the same Apple Watch since I upgraded a couple months ago. I wear it mostly for the heart rate monitoring cause I have a heart condition that affects my heart rate. It’s great for my workouts also.
