I have not heard the songs or music of Ponniyin Selvan. I agree that Mr.Rahman is also a God gifted composer. But I just think what would have been if ilayaraja and kannadasan have joined for this film. We the music lovers are the losers.
I saw the movie a while ago and exactly felt the same thing . To be honest Rehman didn’t do justice. Very ordinary performance by Rehman if IR sir would’ve done it it would’ve been to the next level.
It's natural music using all the instruments and perfectly mixing to give wonderful melting music composition...not with single keyboard...so only it's going stright to heart...
