When I cut small trees,I always check around them for rocks. I learned the hard way. I don't thank the person who designed the carrier never carried that type of knife. You did a good job.
A dangler setup would help a lot by lowering the knife and getting that point out of your side plus making it not so rigid. I was on the website and they are all sold out. The prices also vary greatly depending on the steel and grind. By the looks of it they believe Elmax to be the best charging almost $500. Which grind is on your knife there and would you have gone with a different one if you could?
I wasn't aware you're in NH, I'm just south over the line in Massachusetts. I love NH, I'm up there often, my wife and I actually got married up there. Great blade. Great review as always.
Say Heah, Yeah you can put a dangler on a kydex sheath, I put one on my dangerously loose Rold sheath and now it has the dangler and a snap secure to hold the knife from coming out, I can't think what that little belt that snaps around the handle but it's on the nylon frog I got for the sheath. it's a dangle so that would work better anyways getting that poke kiwered
+NeoWolf Thanks NeoWolf. I'm actually headed out there on Friday for a survival overnight - stay tuned for that video. If time allows, I'll make a raised bed, my firepit, do some fishing, and more.
I hope I never have a severance ."..? From my severance I just love mine it's like having a new big brother who can do anything I have only just stoped sleeping with mine under my pillow but on serious note this knife is a masterpiece of Crafmanship and design and utilitarian usage the price is what it is because you only purchase Quality Once and this tool knife ?friend in need is just that thank you Williamtheboss Leeds Yorkshire England
+Don Lester Bigger, better steel, and overall better item BUT it is way more expensive and is more of a machete-tool than compared to large knife like a BK9.

Reminds me of a small E-Nep. Don't much care for the sharp spike pointing up at the ribs but other than that, looks pretty good.

It's not available anymore😥
maybe they should make a handle without an impaling spike on the but end
Damn , I only make $220 per week, that would sever all plans for food and bills in one swoop.
how would this compare to the Becker bk9

Do I have to sign over my firstborn child? Or will you settle for indentured serviture? $500?!??!?!?! Are you freaking kidding me?????
I know the cooper sharp enough but no need to demonstrate cut the tree..
Not good value for money. The Schrade offering costs a tenth as much and is every bit as useful.
clovehitch I know schrade is trash
my buck 110 can do that
MYERCO AXE/MACHETE -- 30$ , WILL CHOPP a helicopter in half. poor chizzel!
