To see a whole Star Destroyer _dogfighting_ is a surprise to be sure, but a welcome one
Make a hyperdrive, So that it is full-sized, with all of the needed parts, being one part, and then the other parts being a shell
I tried to do this with a small star fighter and unfortunately there is no way to disable the quantum rudders completely so what ends up happening is when the hyper drive reaches a certain speed it just leaves the star fighter behind when using magnets to keep it in place I even tried adding a frame that would hold it in the hyperdrive and the hyperdrive broke the frame and when I removed the quantum rudders it worked exactly as intended but with no control ability

If you wanted to make a smaller star destroyer you could try to make a Raider II-class corvette or an Acclamator-class transgalactic military assault ship
