Hi Dale, thanks for highlighting the garbage disposal problem in Nepal. Nepali people should really learn to take care of their garbage, even in heritage rites many people drink teas/coffee and just throw cups everywhere. The British rulers form India during that time did invade us, but the Nepali Soldiers (Gurkhas) originally from 'Gorkha' district of Nepal alongside the tough Geography of Nepal were too strong even for the British Army. In the end, British Army just gave up and before leaving Nepalese territory, they build few memorials and statues to respect the braveness and skills of the Brave Gurkhas, who later in the future joined hands with the Great Britain's military to form the British Gurkha Army. @@goldendragon8393 Migration isn't the same as colonization. @@goldendragon8393 Migration isn't the same as colonization. Ancient Nepal had alot of inwards migrations from the southern plains of India, from the arid climate of Iran and Tibetan-ish horse riders of the mountains as well as its own local indigenous hill people evidenced by the presence of paleolithic civilization sites in various hills of Nepal.
@@goldendragon8393 just because alot of indians migrated into nepal during the british rule doesnt mean we were “colonized”
@@goldendragon8393 absolutely not that sounds dumb
Nepal remained nominally independent throughout the British period. @45:56
Really appreciate you show the area around..keep it up and stay safe travelling
The most interesting thing is that Dale has captions for his videos and they are not auto-generated :-)
When you are in Nepal you are safe 😃
Jay GORKHALI 🇳🇵❤️🇳🇵
This is my favorite video from this channel. I actually just watched it 3 days ago and rewatching it for that reason haha I'm planning to visit Nepal very very soon.
59:58 This Chautari (Rest area) is made in the honor of our late Grandfather Suk Bir Gurung who passed away at the age of 86.

Pokharah as seen by your vlog , is back to its life. I followed the life of stranded travel vloggers during first lockdowns in different countries , and fir Nepal its Thomas Klabber vlog & Will Whereabouts vlog. By choice cum restrictions they stayed there for a year. They explored almost eveeything too , & even extended help to those in need. Pokharah is a beautiful pkace.

When people talk good things about India and Nepal , i feel so proud. I had a Nepali gg , she taught me words like Ma timilai gorchu etc.
The mountain scenery there is so beautiful, although it is hard to walk, but the hard walk is worth it!!
The Mandarin on the beam says "日本山妙法寺/ Japanese mountain Myofa Temple", but I don't understand why it is written that way, it's a bit strange!
That school is the smallest school I have ever seen in my all life! That transportation across the lake is so cool, you can paddle the boat after buying the ticket, haha!
Now I know your secret, your favorite thing is ~ Fanta! You did a really great job!謝謝分享, thanks a lot for sharing!👍😄👏
P.S. Myofa can be interpreted as wonderful magic!
@gianni Thats not Mandarin.. its Japanese. May be Kanji as the Pagoda was built by them😊
@@obito4203 So you don't know Japanese/ Kanji is from Mandarin, that is Mandarin for sure.
ARE YOU Chinese
@@obito4203 Maybe it's kanji since it's built by japanese monk around the world meaning it's just a branch of handful of pagoda made by him 😁😁
Hey, Dale! Your videos are always amazing!! Keep up the good work!!!
One suggestion: It will be good if you mention the date of travel somewhere on the screen. While watching the video later, it will be nice to know the travel date.
Thank u soo much sir lots of love for exploring Nepal
Nepal is beautiful, your vlogs are making it more beautiful, I will visit Nepal for sure someday
