Midnight Express (1978) - Escape/Finale/Main Titles scene

As exciting and famous as the Chase music may be, it's this main theme that haunts us viewers once the film has ended, and which probably led to Moroder's Oscar win. It's a great piece of music, and it elevates the final scene, ending the film on a well-deserved high.
Starring Brad Davis, Randy Quaid, John Hurt, Irene Miracle and Bo Hopkins. Adapted by Oliver Stone, from the book by Billy Hayes. Directed by Alan Parker, with an original score by Giorgio Moroder (but everybody calls him Giorgio).
