Thanks for watching Sandra ☺️ sorry the audio is great 😣 I’d typically always try improve the quality but these vlogs are supposed to be ‘off the cuff’ using my phone to be able to document each of the little moments - as I’m usually working or doing something I don’t have the capability to worry about making sure microphones are turned on and working for recording

Sending Hugs yer Vet bills are disturbing careful with the protien shakes many contain hidden nasties and to much creatin and such can lead to liver issues.
Yeah I limit protein shakes to only 2 to 3 days a week and try get protein through low sugar protein yoghurts and such 🥹🫶

omg Mike I know how you feel! Blaze my boy ate a needle! On a sunday to boot so I had to rush him and he needed to get an operation to get the needle out and two days and $5K later we had our baby boy back T.T Congrats on the weight loss journey its amazing. I love chilling and watching your vlogs while I work its so much fun! woot lets get this channel back!! Talk soon Mike!

Did you have a power cut, Mickey? We had power cut in Yorkshire yesterday around 9.40pm and wasn't fixed until 2.30 am which stretched right up to Durham and that meant my brother and his family didn't have any electricity either. Possibly Redcar isn't too far there. But enjoyed the video. 😊 Well done on the getting fit and eating healthy but I would remove the monster drink for something much healthier with a home made smoothie if you have the time but totally up to you of course. Ensuring our health is in good shape is a good priority 😊

The fitness journey has been great! 😊 the monster is the sugar free version so it’s only 50 calories and seems a much better option than coffee with milk so it seemed like a better choice 🥹 I think smoothies can be fairly high in calories too if you aren’t careful right? Huge shout out for looking out for that though 🫶💪
@MikeyTVlogs You are welcome 😊 glad that you all okay. 😊one thing I am learning on my nutritionist journey is the no added sugar means more sugar in a different form. Natural sugar formed from the growth of the natural fruit is better but as long as you are keeping fit and staying healthy on the go your glucose level will be at a balance with alot if water to ensure hydration. Take care of yourself Mickey 😊👍
