they are tank vent lines, you can route them to the ground and leave them unhooked. or to retain the emission's they plug into the charcoal canister lines, one is labeled with (XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) down the line and the other is bare

Any chance of a fuel tank maintenance and/or refurbishment for the brick?
Do you have a source for rubber washers for repairing the electric kickstand?
