  • When you think of the most quintessentially French food, chances are delicious cheese pops to mind. With an estimated 1,200 distinct varieties, it's safe to say France is obsessed with "le fromage". On top of being a source of national pride, it's one of France's largest exports. But why does French cheese have such a good reputation? Why are there so many of them? And how the heck are you supposed to cut it? In this episode of French Connections Plus, Florence Villeminot and Genie Godula plunge into the creamy heaven that is French cheese.

Comté fruité ( it's made in the east )
Tomme ( it could be a lot of cheese, it's a vague answer )
