I was a young man when this era was going on. It certainly is a classic time. I think for young minds everything is classic. Times have changed but always will change. We definitely always will have great singers via internet.
its appealing because this was popular and that says a lot about a cultures values...i time travel back when i hear our 'Great Songs'...yes i live in these 'rioting times'...but i dont want to forget the sweetness either

I completely agree. Goodness knows where we are heading. I alway think of Audrey Hepburn - can you imagine her with tatoos or worse nose rings. For some reason in this age of the self-ego everyone wants to deform themselves to be different. Of course everyone doing this actually makes them all the same. And class wasn't necessarily about money it was the demeanour one had and a taste for things that were sophisticated or beautiful. Those days are now long gone. Very sad indeed.
What a great singer Jack was, this is a live version and for him it's a walk in the park, so easily done.

Back when people were classy. No tattoos and no piercings.
Tattoos ? Actually the personification of someone with tattoos back then and today has changed little. They were never classy in the western world

People have had tattoos and piercings for many thousands of years, genius, including that time.
@@ingloriousbetch4302 And it’s getting worse. Thanks for agreeing with me on this.
@@randythompson5154 I'm not shocked your dense enough to think you were being agreed with. You don't give off "functional IQ level" vibes.
La versión instrumental de Herb Albert es igualmente bella aunque más dinámica.
I wish I could go back in time and tell the lady she can sing it if she wants. It doesn’t matter if she’s a girl or not :(
Simp
That 'lady' is Judy Garland......
@@jaredconnor sorry, I’m uncultured
