    💡💡 Why this channel 💡💡
Generally, virtual staging, real estate marketing, and interior design are what I do for a living (and thus, the content I produce). The range of my interest in these areas varies from virtual staging tactics, home optimizations, internal planning, and general, maximizing the use of the space and its value.
My goal with this channel is to investigate the practices and their effect of adding value via staging and better internal planning.

    Great work! Greetings from Ukraine!
Have one question connected to your colossal work experience: as it seems from this and other of your videos, images have unequal complexity and take less or more time to deal with. How do you usually set prices for your work - per image or per hour?

Hello! Good question actually; pricing is based on the project, hourly rates don't work with these types of projects but per project it does. In my own workflow, I split the projects into 2 types; simple (standard) and complex. The first type is has a pricing per photo and the latter type is per project and not per photo :)
