Not Arab turban, its Afghan turban, even the cloth originates from Afghanistan.

The prophet's (saw) turban was not tied this way. According to many scholars, the way the tuareg or the Sudanese people wear it is most likely the way he (saw) wore it. However, it is still a sunnah to wear the turban in a nice clean manner.
