This Spright player is my doppelganger. He's a madlad combining all 4 engines I've been looking to mix and match into one deck. I'm really curious how the extra deck looks
Sad that Infernoid has to associate itself with Snake-Eye. I loved that deck back when Grass was legal, first competitive deck I ever spent money on.

I guess we'll see a lot of people picking up Infernoid without really any understanding of how to play through matchups for a while. G2 was unfortunate, but Noids definitely still had that. Feast to summon Deca and Seitsemas on res to get another S/T negate when he saw his opponent not leave battle phase was the correct play. Even assuming it didn’t go through, why keep Flamberge over Flood for the summon negate? Obv both plays die to Called By, but Flood guarantees putting his opponent on opening multiple extenders on top of double Evenly just to be able to play. It was the far safer option over Flamberge, assuming no Called By.
My dumb ass brain is questioning why he couldn't link off everything out of masquerena so save as many things as possible.
@feniceazzurra7168 Because there's risk playing into talents, and chances are low that people play evenly in handtrap format
@mrsquadbot Nah, people will need to play Evenly going forward into the next format with stuff like SE, Ritual Beasts, and Fiendsmith running around. Unless we get a substantial hit to SE on the next banlist, format will remain somewhat the same, just with some new decks, which means teching Evenly in side and Droplet in main will be really good as those are excellent board breakers that don't play into Talents/Thrust.

@mrsquadbot Incorrect. Pure Snake Eyes doesn't play hard negates anymore unless they do stupid gimmicky bullshit like Accel Synchro into Dis Pater, which is fucking awful. Even when they get access to Fiendsmith, they only get potential S/T negates from Dies Irae, and that's not necessarily something they're able to make every single board without the correct hand and overextending. It's why the Noid build is strong since it's Fire and gives the Snake Eye engine something that it lacks.
the spright list feels like the one that topped nats, the issue obviously is tri spright just isn't worth it for the amount of negates it produces, otherwise spright toad is nice
