yea, good option, but if It would be best if the pepper, allspice etc were whole grain, to really get flavors out when crushed.

Maybe I missed it but what’s the total cooking time including rebasing?
2 1.4 .. then hit with bbq sauce 3 times for a total of 15 mins.
