He really needs to make some merch and make this his first product. Maybe some zoo shirts for each of his big zoos too. Oak wood, Black Rock, Die Aarde Se Rand, for example.
I am so proud( I am Indian) that you used Indian bazaar it is actually a large market. few signs that I saw was the 'bhelpuri' it is actually an Indian snack. Btw love your vids one of your biggest fan from Indian. One more request please bring back Pleistocene Park.🇮🇳
Saltwater crocodiles are officially the most popular animal in BIS zoo builds, they've had 4 exhibits built for them. - The Mai Pen Rai boat tour - The Aquatic zoo tunnel - The Australia zoo lab - and now the Asian zoo Bazaar
So the sign with the stoic-faced guy reads Original Nagapattinam Halwa Shop, and the Halwa is a sweet. The sign is in Tamil, one of the oldest languages in the world, and spoken by people in the state of Tamil Nadu. Cool build. A bugbear of mine is that you didn't use Marsh crocodiles or the Gharial, which are found in India, while there are no salties. Arrgh! Almost perfect.
Being an indian myself am sooo amazed by the research you did and the efforts u put to make this... I'll make sure when u come to india you enjoy the hospitality and street food...😚❤️❤️
In today's episode of "I'll build anything but an actual zoo", man decides to build an ENTIRE TOWN!! And after claiming for years that building buildings was not his strong suit, what an amazing build it was. Turns out he was a complete liar!!! xD Never change BIS you absolute madlad
Amazing build BIS!! As an Indian wildlife enthusiast myself, I love the themes you played with here! It's really true that rapid urbanization is pressing on the few pockets of forest we have remaining and this is a real concern for those in seats of power since these forests are also sources of livelihood for many people. Wild animal encounters are one thin, but what can make it worse is that tigers are a protected species in India, and killing one can have massive fines or even jail time as consequences. So for a regular illiterate villager who goes on the warpath after his cattle is eaten, he may suddenly find that he's being put in chains for protecting his livelihood. But, in the grand scheme of things, Indians do adjust to living with wild animals fairly well. It helps that big cats are revered in myths and stories and thus killing them is only a last resort since they're considered incarnations of God. It reminds me of when I used to visit Gir National Park, where Asiatic lions live peacefully with villagers and tribals. Attacks are practically unheard of and people just take the required precautions needed when co-existing with apex predators. Forest rangers work with villagers and tribals to help them keep their cattle out of sight of the lions, and conservation efforts have deer in the forest being plentiful. Big cats don't hunt humans unless they absolutely have to, and seeing a lion is considered to be a good omen. I believe a similar situation happens in Tadoba National Park, where villagers peacefully co-exist with tigers. In all seriousness, the most troubles occur when urban centers encroach onto wild spaces, as they bring "modern" people who don't hold the animals in the same regard and may not desire to adjust their lifestyle to co-exist. Love the build with all my heart!
Bestinslot, you’ve outdone yourself. This is amazing! All we need is a striped hyena exhibit :) (This video came out right when I started to think I was good at planet zoo. Now I know that I was wrong. Or are you just, like, a God at planet zoo?) -Hyena
At 30:31 when you show the one building that you want to flesh out a bit, you miiiight be able to get some of the game's shops in there. I can tell you worked really hard on the bazaar and it looks so great!
You say that buildings are not your thing, but this is an outstanding build! Love all the little details, and that you actually take your time to talk about it, and bring awareness to it all. Great video!
For those who are curious, bazaar is basically a giant market but usually not permanent, a few times a yeae basically, standing with great food and drinks, mainly found in places like the middle east or india, or, very rarely, indonesia, where i live
What an amazing build! You could also include proboscis monkeys because in India, their street markets are filled with monkeys who steel fruit. While those monkeys are technically Langur monkeys, proboscis monkeys are close enough, and would tie in well with your South East Asian theme!
This turned out so well, BIS! I love the theming, it has such a cool mix of colours and wildlife! All of the effort that went into this more than paid off, it's amazing~
Dude I’ve been watching you for 6 years I love how far you’ve come. I always look forward to your build vids, they’re my favorite, and you’ve outdone yourself on this one. For someone who claims to not be good at making buildings in Planet Zoo/Frontier games, this one came out mad impressive lol
I actually think we have enough people that build realistic, so I find vibing really refreshing - and a perfect way to stretch that creative muscles. Your build is perfect! But you definately have better luck than me with googeling images. By the way, I'd really enjoy also seeing habitats for base game animals. Especially as you do build very unique, for me it wouldn't be something I've seen a thousand times before and I think it really doesn't harm reminding players of long not used or even never used animals. I still have animals from the base game that I basically never used, so...
I have this dream of seeing an entire park themed around an apocalypse, zombie or otherwise, where nature has taken over almost completely, and there’s a bunch of abandoned buildings and stores, where the guests can walk through each area and basically feel like they’re in a world like ‘The last of us’. The enclosures would be really open and integrated into the environment around them, where some of them might even be inside different buildings and such; wolves randomly walking down the cereal isle in a grocery store, mountain lions running around in the streets, and aquatic life finding recluse wherever there’s water present (rivers, pools, flooded sinkholes) etc. I just think that would be such a cool thing to see, but I don’t know if anyone’s done that yet 🤔 It also doesn’t have to be a huge city, it could just be a small town, so you wouldn’t have to build skyscrapers and stuff like that (although that would look absolutely sick!) (Edit: and the exhibit animals could be displayed in storefront windows! So it looks like they’ve just made a home of a few display windows, instead of trying to figure out how to make them look natural in the environment) (Edit 2: and you could have a dried up river as an enclosure! Like, maybe hyenas or something made a home of an old, almost completely dry river, but there could still be a few patches of water here and there, to signify both what it once was, but also that it hasn’t completely dried up yet. And it would also function as the drinking water for the animal! Sorry I keep editing this comment btw, it’s just that every time I get an idea for the zoo, and for new enclosures, I just have to write it down 😅)
Juxtaposition! Dichotomy! Thematic! Three of my favourite words all used in the same video! It's an excellent piece of work, I really like the underlying theme too.
Ok but regardless of how the video does this is an amazing build and I have seen nothing like it!! Super original and a main part of why I actively follow your videos even without playing the game! I wouldve loved to see people walking through and shopping and I still think its doable so please consider haha. All things said youre an amazing creator and I look forward to seeing more!
This is amazing!!! You should have elephants roam the streets of the bazaar 😂 or modded cows and goats. Peafowls even! There are also some decorative snakes
I watch your videos 60% because you're in them, Bestinslot. You could make a video solely focusing on tortoises and I'm pretty sure people would watch it
Well that dude who looked sad is mostly the one who started a famous halwa shop in south of india... And that's why his pic is so big... Hawla is like a dessert and worth a try... 👍
Fantastic build BiS. I am from India there legit are many places like this over here. btw you used many languages from states which are really far apart xd.
Well done! This is insanely detailed. I can't really wrap my mind around how you came up with this or how long it had to of taken you. I loved watching this though. Looking forward to the next video!
I wounder if the makers of planet zoo will add some more effects like lightning and thunder noises and maybe electric spark effects they will be really cool specially on the build you did with the crocks, and sound effects for holidays like Halloween sounds and Christmas sounds,
That's insane GG man i tried to build it i made one like this and i finally had. Big indian restaurent. IDK if you can but can you use the water buffalo mod in this zoo?

This is kinda cool but I don’t like how your being mean to the tigers and crocs because they had NO choice but it is still Lisa cool keep up the good work!

Hey I'm not gonna lie when I first saw the title of this video I thought you were going to put the crocs an tigers together. Isn't that possible since they live in the same biome :)
Killer tigers huh....Story time! A long time ago, when the British ruled over India, Pakistan, Nepal etc.. This is insaaaane. Also, “no realism, just vibes” is now my favourite thing and I think it would make a great t-shirt 👌🏻
